We were first time buyers and must say were very lucky to have Ann Wood and DM&Co. in the house buying journey.Right from the start to the completion they were so amazing through out- kept us fully informed at all stages,were very transparent,honest and professional, very trustworthy I would say. We were truly delighted with the overall experience.

DM & Co made the process of moving house as painless as it could be. Great experience dealing with the agents from DM and Co. Part of the reason for initial enquiry was due to their reputation in the area and also award winning which made me think they might have that large company, non personal feel but I can say it was the opposite and the team were very professional with lots of knowledge but still provided a personal touch that gave me confidence to give them the property to market and the whole process has been great from start to finish.

After a few weeks of the house initially being on the market we changed estate agents to DM and Co. and are so pleased we did so. A big thank you to Ann for marketing and selling our mother’s house. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she always responded to our calls and queries expeditiously, sometimes out of hours. Well what a turnaround. I live in a different area to my Dad and have heard nothing but stress over problems not being rectified with his rental property. I have recently been in touch with Julianne from the office and the communication has been amazing. Professional, efficient and reliable - exactly what you need when finding a suitable tenant. I was really impressed with the swift process and promptness to getting the right tenant (within 7 days from advertising to moving in!)
