I ordered from them on 5/3/2020. Still have not received the 2 dog beds and all emails to them have been returned. This is a scam do not loose your money on this company.

This is a scam! They took my money and never received my dog bed I ordered!! I should have known better!! Do not buy anything through this site

Ordered 3 items on March 30, 2020 and still as of 6/27 I haven't received merchandise. Emailed twice. I use Tophatter and have to wait on things as long as a month but this is ridiculous! Email was never answered. My mom's doggie will not receive her gifts. SMDH!!!

Its a scam. Luckily, i still had the time to call my credit card issuer and cancel the order

The products are badly made and come directly from China. Long wait times and come squashed in plastic bag, sewing is wonky and velcro already pulling away.
Highly disappointed. Wished I'd read the reviews first.

I ordered a bed for my dog back in april and they sent a order number and i still haven't received my dog bed. I have sent about 10 emails to them and tired to send another today and it was returned. Contacting my credit card company today to say the least I'M PISSED OFF

I ordered 2 dog beds from them back in early March 2020. I have not received them nor have I had any communication from them aside from a confirmation email that it was ordered. They took my money and nothing. I have tried to email them and ask about it a couple times, but the email won't go through. Never trust this company!! It's a sh**ty ripoff and they should be prosecuted.

Bought one of their advertised beds in Facebook and never received the bed . Tried getting in touch with them by email and my email was returned. No phone number. They charged my credit card and the charge shows a Car Rental Company in U.K. scam! Crooks! And once you click on one to see the beds then you get so many more in Facebook. Unbelievable!!! Will never again buy anything from Facebook. They even take the time to make fake reviews!!!!!! 🤬

I ordered a dog bed a month ago. They confirmed they received my ordered. I never received the order. The only way to contact them is through email but you never get a response. They did however charge my card. Do not purchase anything from this company.

I placed an order totaling over $95 over a month ago and have had no response to my emails and no product has been received. I did however get the charges in a timely manner and it looked like they came from a car rental company overseas. This is despicable.

Yes as with everyone else I got scammed from dog beds I had ordered in April! The immediately take your funds and never reply to emails! I like everyone else have emailed them numerous time and gave them the benefit of the pandemic but I see I will never get the dog beds!! If the sale was to good to be true it is to good to be true!!

Scam tried to contact them over 20 times got my money but did learn a lesson will not order ANYTHING off the web

I checked them out before I ordered but didn’t realize I had Dog Lab without the dash(dog-lab) . Just remembered I ordered from them and saw all the reviews

This site needs to be blocked immediately so no one else looses money. I hope they don't get access to anyone else's card because people need to know what a rip off this place is.
