Six weeks, finue emails, zero response and zero product. I am in the process of disputing the charges, because of course they charge immediately, not when they ship. This company is horrible. If it's even an actual company. They have no service, no one to help with anything. I don't think they exist except to steal money.

With the covid 19, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I have sent multiple emails for an item I purchased March 23. All I wanted was some type of response.. Now my emails are getting bounced back to me. Don’t people have better things to do when millions of people have lost their jobs and so many are dying. 14.99 may not seem much to some but thats milk and bread for my family.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Took my money and no product. Will not answer emails to support and now says ERROR when trying to reach the site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I wish I had come here looking first. Time to call my credit card company.

SCAM DONT ORDER! I made the mistake and ordered from them two dog beds. I have been waiting now over a month, and also contacted them multiple times with no return emails. Also now I go on the website and track and it says error. This is horrible

Scammed. Ordered Dog beds never received. Do not order from here. emailed and no response.

ROTTEN CREEPS TAKING OUR MONEY AND NEVER GET THE PRODUCT.

I order 2 dog beds on April 30, 2020. I got an order number and email but was not able to track the number. I had 2 changes on my credit cards. Still, no response from the company.

Ordered a dog bed in early April.,never recd,sent email.,no reply back .looked at my credit card statement and there was another charge on there that I didn't make .it comes up as some car rental place .so got those charges removed and reported it so I get new card ...

This company is a scam and Facebook should be held accountable for posting their ads after all the bad reviews.

They got me also ordered a pet bed I forgot about the order was just searching and I came upon this super upset

***NEVER***NEVER*** Order any thing from this web site. They are scammers. They will charge your card and then send you a email telling you that you still have items in your cart. If you respond to the email, it comes back as undeliverable.. They are from overseas.. Beware, Fn scammers invading our country. Makes me sick.........

Like others I thought I dug deep enough to think it was a legit site. I was wrong as well. I ordered the doggie beds, got the confirmation email etc. etc. Never received it, no response nothing. No replies to repeated emails. Filed a fraud notice with my bank. Lesson learned if its not a site you readily know (Amazon, E-Bay, Best Buy, reputable retailer) search them first. Just pathetic how people can be so dishonest and take pride in it. Do not confuse them with the folks at doglab.com (they don't have the hyphen) I am sure this has hurt their business unfairly.

dog-lab.com is a scam website. If you purchase anything from them, you will never receive the product. Website advertises low prices so that you are tricked. They are based in China, I have contacted a lawyer in China to chase them. I've also contacted Stripe, the payment gateway used to charge my card. You can contact Stripe to report them. I can not believe that Stripe still allows them to charge people. They use different company names on their credit card description so that you will lose time chasing the company that never charged you. They use car rental, limousine service, car wash as description. Actually these are not the companies that charged you. Scam dog-lab charges you but writes another company on your card statement so that you will be confused.

This is a scam...take your money and dont send product or respond to inquiries.

Same scenario with my experience with dog-lab. I ordered dog beds, did not receive and emails were ignored. I got my credit card refunded through my bank then cancelled the credit card since it appears this scam site is selling credit card numbers. Take extra precaution and get your credit card reissued under a new number

They used my credit card to pay a taxi in the UK never sent product.

I ordered a dog bed on March 26th..no dog bed after a month... SCAM !!!! Will not answer my emails
