Had solar panels and battery installation 6 months ago on our 3 storey flat roofed house. We chose them as they were local to us and that seemed important especially if we needed anything tweaking post installation. Domelec were professional throughout. Staff in the office also very pleasant to communicate with. The installers were careful around our property and left it very tidy. Aftersales relationship also very good. Would highly recommend them.

Solar and Battery Install
I used Domelec on a recommendation from a friend and I am 110% satisfied with their customer service, expertise and quality of work. The system installed replaced and expanded an existing system which proved to be far from easy however the team overcome all issues to ensure my system was up and running on time. I was re-assured from start to finish and the system was very much designed around my wants and needs. The team worked extremely hard to a very high standard leaving the site as clean as they found it, I obviously kept them topped up with brews and biscuits. Domelec is a local company which is worlds apart from the national company i used for my old system. They are customer focused and their care is 2nd to none. I'd highly recommend Domelec to anyone thinking of having Solar and or battery storage.

Exceptional customer Service
Exceptional customer Service! From start to finish. Sales were honest, transparent and in no way pushy. Fed me with all the information I needed with all the necessary options to make an informed decision. Excellent communication, fast and efficient service. Work was done yesterday to an excellent standard. So refreshing to deal with an independent, successful UK company that put so much into the quality of their service. Would whole-heartedly recommend to anyone considering Solar Panels.

Amazing company to deal with from start…
Amazing company to deal with from start to finish. From the initial site visit, advice about the best system to the install. Everyone I had contact with were really friendly and the lads who installed the system were great. The ladies in the office answered every question I threw at them and got me all the paperwork I needed to start exporting to the grid. Really could not be happier.
