I still haven’t been helped

I still haven’t been helped. They told me my doctor was leaving the platform and will not help me make sure I’m set up with someone else so my care can continue. Very discouraging.

Doctors continue to no show

My first consult the doctor didn't show up for and never sent any warning or apology for why. I was then reassigned, and for the second time, my appointment was cancelled. At this point, it seems like a scam for upfront money with no appointments with real providers possible.

I NEED IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE FROM…

I NEED IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE FROM DONEFIRST. I was switched to a different provider last month, and was asked to schedule an appointment with the provider because it has been 6 months since they last saw me. No big deal, happy to do so. I went to schedule the first appointment, but there was no appointment available until the end of August. I booked the appointment and sent the provider a message to let them know, hoping that, if this was going to be an issue, we could find a different provider or appointment date so that I would not have an issue refilling my prescription. No reply from Donefirst.

Today I tried to request a refill and was told I could not until I had my appointment. I absolutely cannot go without my prescription for an entire month. I tried scheduling another appointment. I tried scheduling an appointment with customer service and they are not available until next week.

I already tried using the web address from other Donefirst replies on reviews to schedule an urgent call, it isn't working.

I need assistance, today. Right now. I know how long it takes for Donefirst to get the prescription to the RX pharmacy and then how long it takes to ship.

I need Donefirst to reach out to me immediately, today, to either change my provider to someone who is available for an appointment today or (at the latest) tomorrow or schedule me with my provider today.

EDIT: I do not know this request for information is coming from. A telephone call? An email? I just need an appointment to be made for me to talk to a provider today so my prescription can be submitted, or I need my prescription submitted since I have an appointment scheduled for August 25th. I really need to get this handled today so I do not run out of my medication, as I cannot afford for that to happen.

Things were going great

Things were going great, until Done ghosted me. I have submitted a refill request (not changing anything from what I had been prescribed for many months prior) and I got the usual message saying they would review and process it within 3 days. Nothing. I sent a message asking them to process it. Nothing. I have sent multiple more messages. Nothing. I emailed their support team. I have tried contacting them many ways. NOTHING. I never thought I would be ghosted by a medical provider. This is ridiculous.

it was good at first..

it was good at first: appointment made, doctor/prescriber assigned, monthly fees charged and scripts were sent to pharmacy on time. last 3 months it was nothing but a sh!!t-show... they started to change my 'prescribers', requesting to hold an appointment with each new medical "professional", and LAST "professional" straight up just dropped me and sent my request to the 'group'? I'm now out of meds, and NO ONE is responding to my questions/requests/inquiries. I will have to file claim with credit card company, and will look for alternative options to get my script... What a shame. Didn't see it coming, to be honest

I was shorted at the pharmacy due to shortages nationwide. I have needed my script refilled coming up on a week now. I messaged my provider a week prior like they told me to and heard nothing back. Messaged them several more times and now it’s been two weeks with no response. I have gone 5 days with no medication.

After reading all the reviews on here

After reading all the reviews on here, I was confident Done was out of business. I can confirm that as of today, July 20th, 2024, they are still filling prescriptions. I just had mine filled this afternoon.

I've been with Done for a couple years now and it's been a rocky ride. The customer service is great, when and IF you can get ahold of a live person. At times that is impossible. Much like the liberal media, it's hard to decipher the truth. The doctors are hit or miss. You either get a great doctor or a terrible one that doesn't respond to you. If you actually need the medication, express your concerns up front and make sure they actually care. If you get the feeling they don't, ask for a new doctor because for the most part, this is a pill farm. For those of us that actually need the medication, it's a life saver.

As for the bot responding to all these reviews, pay no attention to it. It is a fully automated machine that repeated cycles through the same messages over and over again. That or they pay some poor soul in India a couple bucks an hour to copy and paste generic responses. I'm fairly certain the responses are generated based on the experience ranking you give.

Almost a week without meds AND they…

Almost a week without meds AND they still charged me 80$. They says they are 24/7 but they are not. There is no number to call, no way to schedule a call and customer service is mostly automated. I feel like crap not having the meds. I'm giving it a couple days before I do a charge back for my money. I live In a rural area and it is difficult for me to find care like this. It is what it is I guess. Very dissapounted.

*edit* The fact that done replied with the same generic reply to everyone on here is concerning. I will be doing a charge back through my bank. I found out the owner is in jail for fraud. Deff not a good look. This may have been a great platform to get help but not anymore it seems.

Zero communication! zero credibility

after being a study, customer receiving my meds on time the great service and communication came to abrupt for no reason I have not had my medicine in a week and after several emails and promises of a three max response, NOTHING. I’m done with done.

Concerns with Prescription Renewal and Communication at DONE Healthcare

I've been with of DONE for several years without any prior issues. I must mention that I truly appreciate my current Nurse Practitioner; she's one of the best healthcare providers I've had.

However, I've recently encountered difficulties with my prescription renewal request. Despite reaching out, I haven't received any response. Even customer service hasn't replied to my emails, and I noticed that phone call requests are not available until July 30th, which is concerning. After reading similar experiences in other reviews, I'm hoping this is just a temporary issue. I really hope to continue with DONE as changing providers would be unfortunate for me, and I enjoy how easy the platform is to use.

I’ve been waiting 6 days for my…

I’ve been waiting 6 days for my prescription renewal, I’ve sent multiple messages to my provider and no response, just an automated message from the system saying they will reply in 3 business days. It’s been a week….. my prescription has now lapsed and have no idea what to do.

ADHD PEOPLE BEWARE

ADHD PEOPLE BEWARE - The lack of support and communication from the “therapist” was disappointing. Any question asked is sent to Done support which promises as 2 day turnaround. It’s been 18 days and 7 emails sent by me and still not 1 single bit of communication from anyone with Done. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Do yourself a favor, save your money and go speak to a real therapist.

This company is wildly unprofessional

This company is wildly unprofessional. Cancelled my follow up appointment hours before my scheduled time. After trying to schedule another, I left a message which hasn’t been addressed for over a week. They aren’t sending approval for a refill on my medication, so essentially I’m forced to start the process all over again. If you enjoy wasting your time and money then I highly suggest this company.

I’m Done!! Unprofessional and unreliable.

Over my 9 month experience with Done, I had two providers and each ghosted me for an extended term before exiting and leaving me to restart their consultation process a third time. Refills are never on time forcing you to spend hours every month engaging with their horrendous support process where they allow themselves 72hrs between each reply. No brick and mortar pharmacy will accept their prescriptions so I was referred to an online service which they managed up front but eventually punted me to transact with directly with no notice or coordination, which created another long gap in prescription availability. Altogether too painful and unreliable.

Inconsistent to say the least

Inconsistent to say the least. I bet they pay practitioners a teeny tiny slice of the revenew they receive. Trust me I know not to request a higher dosage and know to keep it at a minimal. But regardless of walking on egg shells and NEVER requesting to speaking with my practitioner, not them needing to speak to me, they fail often. Messages are completely disregarded and you will be ignored and struggling as they charge their fees without hesitation. I have nothing good to say about them. I basically pay them to do 1 minute of work yet they refuse. No refund, no help. Just charge charge charge. It's horrible.

First they act as if they will help…

First they act as if they will help you, take your $200 intake fee, set you up with a provider and then proceed to respond sparingly. In the first month, my provider "resigned" and I was assigned someone new. My original provider told me to reach out to them when I had 5 days left on my prescription. They said this was normal and at that point we could decide if this was the right medication, or if I needed something different. After that first month I knew I needed to try something different. Finally today, after weeks of trying to speak to my new provider, I spoke to them. They sent my prescription to a pharmacy that does not carry my specific medication. My provider told me this was a possibility but not to worry "Just message me and I'll send your prescription to another pharmacy, I'll be available all day. This is the only day I work every week"

It's now been 3 hours since I messaged her and no response. Their support team is seemingly non existent. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
