Unresponsive, Terrible Billing Team

I’ve been using Done. For roughly 2 years now, and am saddened to say I’m finally sourcing other options due to my provider and the customer support team both being unresponsive, despite the fact I submitted my refill request a week ago (their website specifies it should get sent within 72 hours). With the kind of medication prescribed, the patient shouldn’t be left in the dark about what’s going on or why there’s a delay in care.

Providers: Despite what seems like high turnover rate in providers, each one I’ve spoken to has been kind, helpful, and until recently attentive and quick to process requests.

Customer Support: Generally they’re helpful and good about following up. It seems like all recent happenings with the founders have slowed this down.

Billing: Terrible. They’ve charged cards I removed from my account and explicitly told them through email and on the phone NOT to charge. On multiple occasion, they’ve randomly charged me for 2-3 months at a time without any heads up.

No response for over seven days from Done.

I have tried contacting Done for over seven days simply for a scheduled prescription refill and I have not heard anything back. Please respond.

Used to be awesome.... No so much now.

I have been using Done for about 6 months. I have had no issues at all with them. But unfortunately something this month had changed. This month, I have been assigned a new NP. I have inquired about a dosage increase a week ago and even stated that if it is not possible to just send the same dosage to my pharmacy. So far, crickets...... I have sent several correspondences to them and not a single reply. Also, the phone number listed for them is not a real phone number, which is concerning. The more I dig into Done, the more I am thinking they aren't a legit company. I am giving them until the end of the day today and I am discontinuing payment to them. I would advise anyone else that is having the same issue to do so as well.

LOOK! Proof of no live assistance .. STILL NO RX OR LIVE REPRESENTATIVE

7.17.2024 update

I was asked to provide more feedback, but the link only asks for first name last name reference # , no where to actually provide additional feed back. Also, no reference given.

I still, have not received my RX that I continue to ask for Daily as I’ve paid for them and waited more than 3 business days, multiple times with the multiple correspondences I’ve seen. I’ve tried th 415 phone number (not valid), the support@donefirst and jane@donefirst emails, and using the “got a question “ via the mobile app. Nothing.

No one is telling me anything other than they’ve sent my concern to the care team and they’ll get back to me within 3 business days. No idea why someone can’t send my RX even if a Michigan provider isn’t available. Why can’t a supervisor? No idea why they won’t send me a HIPPA form.

I am so beyond frustrated and want my money back and everyone to see what this company is capable of.

Update to validate ZERO assistance/review from a live representative and solely automated emails.

As everyone can see below, “done first” responded with an automated response that contains an invalid link. The link says, “ All appointment types are private, none are available for scheduling. “

There is no way to get ahold of anyone for assistance.

Hopefully these reviews help others avoid getting themselves into this position.

This is a new review based on my original from 7.11.2024.

My review got some attention that appeared to possibly be getting the attention of a live representative, yet I still have had nothing but automated replies that state my concerns have been forwarded for review and I will be contacted within 3 business days.

Today…. I received a text asking for a survey of my “recent appointment”.

I never had an appointment, nor have I received an answer or ETA as to when I will receive a new Provider (again) and have my RX refilled.

I’ve kindly asked for a supervisor to refill my RX in the meantime as this is a donefirst issue and I’ve paid for my RX and continued care plan.
I have now read many recent reviews of those experiencing this issue (almost identical scenarios).

Writing these 3 reviews with hopes I can possibly update this one to inform all that my concerns were finally addressed and they sent in my RX.

no response for refull

My first two months with them were great. However - I am due for a refill and they have not responded for a week and a half. I
Am still paying monthly. I can’t even make an appointment to see my clinician

My Nurse practitioner has been amazing

My Nurse practitioner has been amazing, she is so knowledgeable in ADHD and has been amazing in helping me navigate my medication journey. I finally feel like I can function like a regular human and it has also helped with my depression and my anxiety. My ADHD was making me feel so helpless and I put off getting help for a long time out of fear and ego. Other Nurse Practitioners that I saw would not listen to me about a way a medication was making me feel and would make me stay on it for a few months before trying a different route. My Nurse practitioner with Done always listens to me and as soon as I told her that something wasn’t working she said ok let’s try this. Thank you done!

10/10 would not recommend

I have been working with Done. for almost two years now. I had a huge work trip where I would be going out of town for a week with tons of responsibility on my shoulders. I requested a refill a week before I was going to be out of medication. I adjusted the pharmacy to the location of my big event. I did every I was supposed to. The platform states to give three business days to receive the refill auth from the provider. It has now been well over that, I've emailed multiple times, I've been without medication, and there has been zero response. This is complete negligence. I work within the MH field and could never imagine treating people in this way. I hope that your team does better. You've lost me permanently as a patient. Anyone seeking support for MH care and treatment needs a team they can trust to do right by them, but this team can't even do the bare minimum.

Update for Done. Staff: I have supplied the needed information requested. I followed the link that you all provided and it states "All appointment types are private, none are available for scheduling". This is another example of the systems not working. I am happy to talk with anyone that can actually resolve my concerns. I am moving forward with switching providers.

AWFUL experience - heartbreaking.

It has been 15+ days without any communication and no renewal for my medication. To be without medication for two week is huge with ADHD, and I paid over $700 for the annual membership. It's as if they took my money and ran. I can't get ahold of a single person, when I try to book an appointment they're all a month out and being without communication and medication for six weeks is unacceptable. I have spoken to my lawyer and we will be moving forward together, as I am out literal hundreds of dollars from this company.

No support and communication

I have been a member for four years. There have been many bumps over the years, changes in providers or limited availabilities for providers but I have managed the previous issues with optimism and continued the services and support due overall positive experiences; it would take longer to find a local provider or travel to one. Also during these situations there was always someone to talk to or received a response from, this is no longer how they are operating.

However, after this past month due to the ongoing and persistent lack of communication with this organization I will have to find an alternative.

I checked in with my provider 25 days ago and have had minimal assistance or support during this time. I have had appointments canceled with minimal notice. I actually was getting prepared for my appointment when I realized I received a text the night before at 10 pm saying my “appointment was successfully cancelled”-this wasn’t something I canceled and was not given any notice that this could/would happen. And was only informed by a text (no email and no phone call to inform me of the cancelation or support in rescheduling).

I have sent numerous emails to discuss the ethical implication and the lack of services and support with minimal (if any response). They say that it can take 3 days for response, but that is not happening. They offer for you to schedule a time for a representative to call you. And these appointments are a week out. I am not receiving any updates on my care or treatment plan.

I hate to close my account but with the complete lack of support, I have been given no other option.

If you are considering this service, please consider the current limited support in making that decision.

Edit to add: when I attempt to schedule using the link provided in the response, this is the message I receive—“ All appointment types are private, none are available for scheduling.” Time and time again, this is what I experience, no communication and no access to communicate.

I’ve been a member for over a year

I’ve been a member for over a year, this last provider experience was the best one by far. Both previous consultants were extremely difficult to communicate with. I finally feel like we got it right. I’ve been doing wonderful on the current plan and feel more confident that I’m being taken care of.
