Door Handle Store Bewertungen

We wanted to bring something extra to our home renovations, so ordered over $1000 of light switches for our home. Having made a mistake by ordering 2 way, needing 3 way switches, contacted Door Handle Store to understand next steps, and potentially replace them. We were pleasantly surprised when they stated in writing they could replace the switch only so wouldn't need to return the entire item, at no extra charge. Over the next few months we followed up, and again got responses that they where waiting on supplies but would replace them. Until Dec, a response from Door Handle Customer Service that after a review they would not be replacing the switches, but we could buy entire new ones, which meant we had over $1000 of useless switches, but we could buy new ones after nearly 7 months of waiting. After 3 follow up tries to get a response or next steps if we could return the old ones, and no response, we are writing this review to highlight the issues we are facing. Terrible customer service, I cannot state the quality of the product as we never got to use it.

Still not recieved goods or refund

Quick delivery, quality product

Needed a handle to replace lost handle. These were identical.

I needed to box in part of our central heating system so that the covers could be removed for maintenance but I wanted it to blend in with existing kitchen furniture.
Thank you Door Handle Store for stocking almost identical knobs to our 20 year old kitchen cupboards.
Job done and looks good

Speedy delivery, all as described, look as the part now all fitted. Thank you

Product excellent and just as detailed. Delivered next day as promised.

Great selection of bathroom cabinet handles.
Very good price.
Fast delivery.
Very happy with the quality of the handles.
I recommend Door Handle Store

Quick delivery, well packaged.
Beautiful handles and well made hinges.

I'm really disappointed with the customer service (or absolute lack of it!) from door handle store. We ordered nearly £150 worth of door handles from them, and nearly every single one has arrived damaged. Scratches, bits of missing brass, areas that aren't even covered in the brass, and chips. I've tried contacting them both through DHS and Hiatt hardware and had absolutely no response at all. Really disappointing, do not recommend this company at all.

The order wa delivered in very quick time. The door latches work fine and so do the handles which I am working my round the house to fit.
The handles are smoothe to operate for my wife who has arthritic hands.

Good service - excellent product. Would recommend. Not a a Disappointed Customer!

Good product, exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price 👍

The call was helpful to help me chose the handles I wanted. However, when they arrived, the bathroom handle which had the lock on was poorly manufactured and the builder had to replace the inside section completely. As a result I had to effectively pay twice for this and the builder said it was a common problem with bathroom door locks which are shoddily done. The other handles, which didn't have the lock mechanism were fine.

Really helpful customer service and great door handles with extra detail

Well laid out website, a virtual plethora of options and styles of door handles. If you can’t find your replacements here, then it’s unlikely that you’ll find them anywhere else!
5* service from ordering through to delivery

Love my door handles. Arrived the next day. So pleased with the service I received. Thanks

Great products , quick delivery

The door knobs are beautiful. Delivery and packaging were all good too.

Problem is the provided screws - they are very poor quality with the heads easily getting damaged. You'll be lucky if you can screw all three in without damaging them - even with a decent sized pilot hole pre-drilled.

In the end I had to use the screws from the previous door knobs (wrong colour but much better quality).

You can tell that whoever designed this product never actually tried fitting it to a real door.

Edit: Door Handle Store contacted me with an offer to send out replacement screws (not useful as the installation is already done). They also say they are going to contact the manufacturer about the issue.

As the title suggests this is a review of the product and not of Door Handle Store. Sticking with the 2 star score because the poor quality of the fixings wasted a lot of time during installation.

Edit 2: Updated to 3 stars in part to reflect the excellent service from Door Handle Store. They sent out replacement screws by first class post. These might be useful if I ever take the door-knobs for decorating in the future.

Very pr

Fast delivery and great products. Handles are very nice, elegant and sturdy. Would use again.
