I have long been a fan of Duravit materials. Draw a Bath have the full range. I checked prices against other online suppliers and my local merchants. They were easily the best. But we all know its not just about price. What was so good about Draw a Bath was the speed with which Royden responded to questions which gave me a lot of confidence in the company. The ceramics I bought were made to order in Germany and arrived within Duravits lead times. Draw a Bath had them delivered to me overnight by pallet.

Responded very quickly to email/phone enquiries and very helpful. Haven't had the products yet as they are on a 6-8 week delivery but if delivery and products are as good as initial service I shall be very happy to use this company again.
