If you’re after a reliable
If you’re after a reliable, knowledgeable and classy bathroom supplier, Draw a Bath is the place. They answer the phone at first ring, no ‘press 1,2,3,4,5,6 etc for xyz’… And, more importantly, they mean what they say. We changed our mind on brassware about 5 weeks from installation, after seeing Swadling displayed in a tile place. We knew it was risky to amend such a vital part of the bathroom, however, the brassware we had chosen before was decent, yet aesthetically lacking. The suggested turnaround time for this brand is 6 weeks. We nearly gave up after talking to more than a dozen suppliers who said it was illusory to get that range on short notice. A little remark on DaB’s website to contact them as they might be able to reduce lead times was a last glimmer of hope. They did not disappoint. Chris was able to secure a three week delivery spot and we just received it. Functionality and design are on a very high level and we now can meet our fitter next week with confidence. Many heartfelt thanks!

Great product choice and excellent customer service
I chose to use Draw A Bath because they offer what appears to be a (relatively) small selection of well designed products in all price brackets in a very overcrowded market.
Customer service has been excellent with very quick responses to my questions and the ordering process was incredibly straightforward.
I am a DIY home owner installing my own bathroom so really appreciate the help and advice I have been given. I am now waiting for delivery which I am confident will be just as trouble free!

Excellent company. Communication was first class and on the two occasions I rang the company my call was answered promptly and I spoke to a real.person!
I had many questions about a Matkie shower tray and enclosure i wanted for a bew bathroom and my questions were answered fully.
It was clear these people really knew Matkie products!
What was great was that I wanted a more expensive shower tray but was advised this would not suit my requirements for my new bathroom. The advise was spot on and my bathroom fitters agreed that the tray I originally wanted would not be suitable!
D A B could have easily sold me a more expensive one but didn't.
My order came within 2 days of placing the order and within the specified 2 hour time frame which meant minimum storage time
before fitting.
The shower enclosure and tray are both excellent quality and I am so.pleased with them!
Great price too. Much cheaper then other sites.

Really great service and value
Really great service with my initial order and then, when a wrong part was sent by the manufacturer (right hand rather than left hand) these guys sorted it straight away with Matki (who were also very good tbf) and a replacement part was here the next day, no questions asked and no trouble at all. In addition, the product was £100 cheaper than same from another retailer who went bust after I ordered!
