She was also very helpful in explaining my sleep test results too.
I liked the convienience of the service being at home for my appt, also having a 6am appts as well. The booking process was simplistic also.

2 night sleep study - shady billing - no help
2 night sleep study - 1 with my appliance, 1 without. Less apnea episodes without appliance (not expected). No explanation, just straight to pushing a CPAP device and monthly subscription. I self-paid, then Dreem Health charged my insurance. Refused to make any adjustments and never provided clear detail on how they adjusted the billing from self-pay to insurance and my responsibility. Lots of money spent, zero help with my sleep.

I dealt with 1 practitioner out of Florida Karen P and she was very helpful and informative. The problem lies with the dreem customer service team, they are completely useless. I was only able to access my test results once on their app which cost me a wasted trip to my cardiologist.
When I reached out to their customer service team (twice now) to get them to send my test results I haven't heard back and it's going on roughly 10 days now.
Billing is very questionable also having a decent insurance policy yet their "testing" seems to cost more than any other specialist visit or other diagnostic co-pay.
I got tired of waiting for my local hospital's sleep study program and chose dreem however over 2 months I have only confirmed what I already knew with no treatment plan in place moving forward.

Extremely frustrating experience
Extremely frustrating experience. Initial consultation went well. Was able to get a sleep study done and receive a prescription. That's when the trouble started. Dreem Health's list of preferred medical partners was shallow in my city, and I was not able to find one who took my insurance.
After looking around, I was able to find a non-preferred sleep clinic which took my insurance. The trouble is that I still cannot get Dreem Health to send my medical information to this location. They claimed to have done it already, but that location never received the fax. I tried to follow up with Dreem Health about it and they never responded. This has already delayed me getting my prescription sleep aid by two weeks.
I would not recommend using Dreem Health Sleep Clinic in the future unless you want to be frustrated.

After reading all the negative reviews for their app, I cancelled before I even got started.
The initial bill for a 30 min Telehealth call was $495.00, adjusted to $336.02, adjusted again to my insurance for $158.98, of which I owed $31.80.
They do not answer their phone.
(They did call after I left this review.)

It was a good experience all around
It was a good experience all around. The sessions were helpful and insightful, and the sleep study was really valuable, especially because it had 2 nights of data. I've made some adjustments to my evening routine to promote better sleep hygiene and will get an ENT consult as a result of what I learned.

So much easier
So much easier than going in for a full sleep study and having to try and sleep some unknown place or bed. Easy to use at home device and virtual appointments make it my new way of getting a sleep study. Awesome staff too.
