Easy to use
I had seen this product advertised on instagram. I was having issues with staying asleep for a month and I couldn’t figure out what the problem was. I signed up, had my consultation and wore the device for 3 night. I could barely feel the device on my chin, I just felt the band aide. Then I had an another consultation after and I was surprised to find out I have moderate to severe sleep apnea.

Overall terrible experience
Overall terrible experience, I have been waiting for over a month for ANY type of customer service in order to get my prescribed device and Dreem Help's score is 2 people that promised a callback and never did, one person that answered the phone and lied, (told me I would get my device within 10 days), and 1 agent disconnecting while trying to understand why I have to work with the manufacturer to get my insurance to approve a device they prescribed. When I get a prescription for antibiotics it's not my responsibility to contact the drug manufacturer and dilly around with my insurance. If I didn't already have sleepless nights this company would have given me them. This org is a startup with its CS hat on backwards, blaming the customer for things that are ultimately their resposibility.
Stay far far away.
Update, note they've responded with a canned "thank you for letting us help resolve this issue", they didn't resolve anything, perfect example of someone not paying attention to their customers, is this a company you want to trust with your health and insurance?

Normally experience is great. Most recent appointment determined that we need to try a different full face mask. It doesn’t harm the eyes so much and a prescription for the new mask was promised with a request to follow up if we didn’t hear about the prescription soon so it is six days later and cannot contact the Sleep doctor effectively

Worth a shot!
Ended up rescheduled but have had decent experiences. Was told they would share my sleep test results not sure if that’s an email or their app. Excited to have been seen faster than my local provider was able to see me.

From skeptical to diagnosed — smooth experience
I signed up via Amazon Health not really thinking much. My wife has complained that I snore. I've tried seeking help but it's difficult finding a sleep study in my area and I often get confused with the difference between ENTs, sleep therapists, etc.
I was a bit skeptical at first but the sleep study was pretty easy and can be done at home. The appointments are very easy to schedule. Also my sleep provider, Pam Dhillon, was great and explained and helped ease my concerns. I now finally have a diagnosis. I have mild obstructive sleep apnea but also got a few treatment options so I'm very optimistic and happy with the experience.

Frustrating but useful
The nurse practitioner was great. She seems very knowledgeable about the study and results. The billing process is a pain. Their site says they accept UHC and I filed out my info and it said it would be covered, but now they're sending me full cash pay invoices. Also, all of their communication goes to spam including text messages about appointments so I never got my appointment info. Frustrating experience as far as all that, but a good experience with the actual sleep study and meeting. Still waiting to hear from them about my follow up in person sleep study which kind of defeats the purpose of an at home study.

I loved the idea that I was able to have an appointment with a nurse practitioner and I didn’t have to even leave my home. Everything was done by TeleMed. The nurse practitioner was very friendly and very thorough. I would highly recommend this company.
