Professional service, Ms Heywood came to court very well prepared. The case management staff were proficient and helpful, and I received the result I had hoped for. The company do not keep you constantly updated, and it is costly, but they achieved a successful outcome on a tricky case.

National Motoring Lawyers provided an excellent service. Their advocates were well chosen to support the facts of the case and were extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Allowing a quick and speedy process in terms of the evidence to collect so they could present it accordingly. The partnership between you and them is vital in getting the right result for both. At both court appearances the advocate was well informed and worked tirelessly to get the case ended as soon as possible. This wasn't possible in my case but eventually due to their persistence the case was dismissed. I couldn't have done it without them. I also like the one fee for everything approach so all costs from the outset are clear. My only slight disappointment is how long it is taking to hear about compensation. 8 months and counting.

Although I had a slight hiccup with the first solicitor who came to court the overall experience was great. In their defence, we were short on time for them to find someone to attend and they refunded the majority of his fees and the desired outcome was achieved.

For my trial the whole time putting the case together was very responsive and put my mind at ease I was in good hands.

Come trial day my solicitor, Laura Heywood was brilliant and I couldn’t recommend enough. She was friendly, professional, explained everything to me and reassured me - most of all, got me a not guilty result! Thank you!

was arrested for being over the drink drive limit 9 months ago. I contacted NML immediately and received a call from Laura Heywood. She was very reassuring and I am so glad I used NML.
Laura was my reviewing lawyer and I’m sure at times I drove her crazy with my panicking emails! She was great and answered all my queries in a timely fashion. Being arrested and charged with two offences, drink driving and drunken (20/04/2025) in charge had me feeling anxious to say the least especially due to my job involving driving and how important it is in providing for my household.

There were some ups and downs going through this process but I’m glad I did as I was acquitted due to breathalyzer evidence being thrown due to police procedural issues. I want give a big thanks to Stephen Parker, the reviewing lawyer, Richard who represented me on the day. I was confident in how took charge in representing my interests within the court room. It was somewhat costly but well worth, keeping my license, my job, avoiding court fees and a fine. I also want to take time to thank Aaron ,the caseworker, who has a high level of emotional intelligence, he took time to hear my concerns and alleviated them by providing the necessary information and feedback I was chasing up.

So with that being said, I’m grateful for this outcome (you could it was an early Christmas present) and I hope I won’t have to use this firm again but in the event that a similar matter happens, at least I know who I can go to.

I was charged with several serious driving offences aswell as failure to provide specimen of blood for alcohol. I opted for the platinum / gold service as the case was complicated.
Needless to say all the team from NML (National Motoring Lawyers) was fantastic.
From the initial Conversation with Sandra Cooper to Jay Lemosa who represented myself at a not guilt plea. Fantastic.
For my trial date to my surprise they sent Philip Lucas who was nothing more than fantastic and more importantly supportive to the situation.
Without going into to much detail but he was brilliant in the court room and getting the case dismissed.
The old saying that you pay for what you get comes true here.
