Drone arrived damaged. I called and talked to Drew, totally a cool guy and simply requested a pic or 2. Sent, and I recieved a lable to send back to DroneNerds!

These guys were excellent. Luis was super helpful. They couldn’t fix my drone because of parts shortages from DJI, but they waived their fee and facilitated the repair being transferred to DJI directly. As for DJI…that’s a different story. Drone Nerds rock.

My experience is with their customer service. If I could give them more stars I would. Between a quick email and a chat with Michelle all my questions were answered and problem sorted. You all saved the day!

These guys are punctual and great at communicating. They carry the best of the best and have great options when it comes to accessorizing for affordable "long range" flights. When a problem arose due to my browser making a mistake, the team reached out immediately and highlighted the issue and helped me resolve it. Thanks again guys! Look forward to shopping here again.

Drone Nerds has always been responsive and helpful. This is why I have purchased three drones from them over the years.

Robbie was very helpful for guiding me through the process of placing a replacement order that was mistakenly returned to Drone Nerds. He followed up with emails and phone calls to make sure that I do not double pay the shipping cost.
All in all, this is the company that lives up to their own commitment of "professional nerds".
