Prompt despatch but I did not like dealing with DPD who fix a date and time and no ability to leave parcel with neighbour. Also no documentation of any sort from company in the parcel. What about guarantee ? Do I need to register ?

Some how the address I gave was interpret as in Europe. My address in the UK, and caused unnecessary delays to get delivered.

Excellent service. Ordered my drone in the afternoon and it arrived lunchtime the following day. The added bonus of a free sd card and power bank made ordering from DronesDirect an obvious choice.

If I could give them zero I would.
Drone had a fault, it would not connect to a phone by lead to update, When I did fly it, it was erratic and not like my other models. I know how to use and fly drones. Spoke with DJI, it had to go back.
They were very slow to handle, saying it had to be tested. After 5 days told me they had tested it and found no fault so would send it back. I refused to accept it back and complained. After a long call they still refused so I opened a Paypal dispute. They then offered to refund but keep £20 for shipping. Paypal gave it all back. 5 days later they contact me because they cannot test the drone because it is bound to my DJI account. So basically someone was not telling the truth somewhere and they gave me such a hard time try and deny the return. I even provided a video of the fault and they didn't even test it. I was told they had tested it for several hours (obvious lie). All they have to do is return it to DJI so why give the buyer such a hard time. I will never use the Buy Direct Group Again because of this experience
