Limited delivery process information not given
Prior to payment no information about the delivery information was given. Only after the order was processed did I get an email with a DPD number, but the parcel had been set to non divert to DPD drop off so I had to wait until lunchtime on the day of delivery to find out the delivery slot time (also had to keep checking on the web site for updates rather than a email or text) I would not use this company again as it cost myself a day to receive to replacement battery.

Quick to take money, even if they don't stock the items
Ordered a drone bottom shell replacement. Originally shown in stock. Alongside screw replacements which showed a 3 weeks delay. Gone to cancel the screw order today and now the drone shell isn't available for 10 weeks! They're quick to take my money but doubt my parts will arrive at this rate. I've had no update to say that the order will in fact be late. No way of contacting them directly without calling a chargeable number. Bot chat system is very limited. Readjusted to two stars. It would take a sensible response and update for me to update with something positive. I just feel really disappointed at the moment.

By far the worst company I have ever…
By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a drone and received a Mac book pro, whilst most people would of stayed quiet I let them know, hoping they would send the drone I had purchased.
But no, I have to wait 3 days for them to collect the item, then and only then will they send what I ordered. No apologies, no support and no trust!
Remember I was the one that called to say they had sent me an item twice the value of what I ordered.
Terrible service, no apology just blamed DHL.
I would advise you not order from this company as the support is just not there
