Prompt delivery and very helpful return/exchange process. though you have to pay for returns which you do not have to with other companies which may put some people off

My drytino is fab, keeps me warm and dry - great for dog walking and the school run!
Recently ordered something for my dog which didn’t fit and had to return it, Chloe in customer services was so great and really went out of her way to help, so shout out to her!

Excellent service quick despatch i ordered a large dog coat and it was too big. Emailed and they exchanged for a smaller size, fits and looks great. I have found other sites just make you buy another size then reimburse when they have got your product back. 5*****

Fast delivery. Coat is super warm and fits lovely. Does what it says on the tin! Waterproof, windproof and I’m as snug as a bug in a rug wearing it!
I’m 5”2 and it’s to my knees. So if you’re after a longer coat, check the length.

My husband absolutely LOVES his grey/grey lined coat. We have the DryRobe but it’s far too common now and wanted a different color. Drytino ticks all the boxes and is very stylish and excellent value.
