Personal opinion
Personal opinion - the sizes should go down to XS as i'm 5.3 and I found the S was way too buggy and long so had to return. I was gonna use it as a rain coat for school runs etc.Overall, I like that it's not so bulky and heavy like the other popular brand, the lining and the shell are just the right thickness and doesn't feel too heavy. Please make XS!

Also, we normally are very proactive and respond to all requests to return a product the very same day as we have a returns portal whereby our customers can raise their own returns label immediately.

Drytino coats
I wore the coat to London yesterday, and I had few people wanted to know where to buy one. I will be travelling to Antarctica at the end of January 2025 to the end of February 2025, I am sure it will keep me warm.

We are very sorry to hear that the robe has been lost.
As you are aware, we have made our initial investigation and the parcel was successfully delivered to your home address by Royal Mail, as confirmed by the tracking information and photo evidence.
As this was successfully delivered, but not received by you we then have to follow certain procedures which allow us to investigate further.
We aim to complete our investigations as quickly as possible, and from reviewing this case we can see that we have been in contact with you a number of times to resolve this quickly.
These investigations are still on going, however we will ensure we get back to you as soon as possible in relation to resolving this issue.
We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service, however we cannot control external factors that are beyond our control.

Love my drytino coat arrived next day after ordering ordered Friday morning arrived mid day Saturday am uk size 22 got large men’s very roomy just gutted missed the 40% off by one week but didn’t want to miss out on coat and stock was low

Seriously could not believe how quickly the coat arrived next day delivery without the extra charge and the coat itself is just as described I ordered through the fb link which was easy enough love the coat would recommend but do go down a size if wearing as an everyday coat
