They sent me the wrong item and upon me emailing them asking for a replacement I was repetitively told all I can have is a refund. I made it clear I wanted the replacement otherwise I would have to order and repay for shipping when it was their mistake. I was lied too by multiple members of staff, one would say they will sort out the correct item being sent , then the next person would lie and say it’s out of stock ( I can see it’s in stock on their website ) and I asked to make a complaint twice and was ignored. I told them if the only option they will give is a refund I am entitled too a refund of shipping too , but that was ignored and I only got refunded for the item . Shocking customer service and they will lie to you . Avoid.

First time (and last) ordering from DSGN STUDIO. Initial thoughts were that they have a large selection of gym/workout clothes which have on trend designs and colours.

I placed a large order and paid extra for next day delivery. I did not receive a confirmation email for my order (checked junk). A day later, I received an email stating an item was not in stock and I would be refunded for this. Two days after purchase my order arrived.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of clothes. Every size seemed different and not consistent (size 6/8/S). Sent items back for a refund on 23rd April. No email confirming that items had been received. Contacted queries team via email on 7th May re refund, they advised I should have the funds back by 18th May.

Avoid - don’t waste your time or money.
