We switched to Duda about 3 years ago, and it was the best move we could have made. Ballpark a couple hundred sites later, we just wish we switched earlier! Great combo of editability by the designer/developer and easy updates by our clients.

Duda is great for building small, simple websites. Being able to customize between desktop and mobile is very good and flexible. The websites load fast, index well and are good on the SEO side. I have been using Duda for over 6 years and use it exclusively now.

However, its rudimentary widgets, lacking in simple, expected features, with poor clunky transitions, and general poor user experience limits our ability to satisfy our clients' needs and expectations. And Duda has been terribly slow at improving the little things that would make it a 5-star website editor.

Recently, most new functionality (it seems) has been added to their App $tore effectively making it a more expensive platform. I wish they would fix the long list of broken/buggy stuff first.

Platform has allowed us to grow our agency and focus what is important. Support is great and they are constantly improvingvandvsdfing features.

Duda has given me the opportunity to increase my income. The platform is very easy to work with, specially coming from the Graphics Industry. I want to focus on design and not so much coding! I've been with them for about a year and they're constantly rolling out new plug-ins and features. Very happy with costumer service too, I fel like I bug them all the time, lol! They're friendly and always happy to help. The only thing I would say is that they need more templates but then again I always start from a blank canvas.

Been using Wordpress for 12 years, then I found Duda. Duda makes my life much easier as a freelance web designer. I currently have 6 sites on Duda, and plan on using it from here on out.

We have been with Duda since 2017, and it's been great all the way. It's true what they say - we build smarter and faster. The customer support is easy to reach, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
I can see other people on here say it's a scam - I totally disagree. My charges has always been as agreed, refunds are processed quickly - and when Covid19 made us shut down, Duda provided us with a solid discount - and gave us a free year on a website helping local businesses. Most important; my clients are happy too. Duda is the right choice for our agency - and has helped us becoming the leading agency in our region. I look forward to cooperate with Duda for a long time to come!

Been building Duda websites for many years. Incredible product and top notch customer service. Highly recommend.

We bought 2 sites with an annual plan but only used for 3 months and wanted to cancel. First, it's so hard to cancel it. You need to email back and forth to cancel it. Second, no refund at all! SEO feature is so much worse than Wordpress. The design template is average and limited. We should use that money to buy the hosting and use Wordpress at the beginning. Total waste of time and money. Not recommended!

Usual scams appear to operate via associates Memberstack! No support once subscriptions obtained impossible to cancel as Members Memberstack take cash arguing Duda memberships must be cancelled first. Duda won't cancel unless you upgrade! Of, Duda support email no help just want more cash!

They promote their product by defaming others, rather than explaining why they are good; they try to make competitors look bad. Shame on that kind of marketing...

Insane customer support! :-)

Technical support is non-existant, the interface is very very average, frankly, I find it enormously worse than SquareSpace. Trying to accomplish anything that isn't self-directed is completely impossible. It is more "customisable" than Squarespace but every other metric is terrible

Fantastic way for a non tech person to build their own website. Took me around 2 hours. Couldn’t be happier.

They continue to take money after you cancel your subscription (Theft), they have no contact number and emails you receive from there so called support team vanish with no trace, a very untrustworthy company.

Edit: Only took them nearly two years to respond with that useless response. Laughable!

Easy to use for website creation, drag and drop elements make it simple to build pages and create a website fairly intuitively. The ability to fully edit HTML and CSS on a page is great.
