Having recently engaged with Duncan Lewis as a Solisitor I wanted to represent me was one of the Directors I have been left in the uncomfortable position that they want to reallocate my case to a lesser experienced Solisitor and that my Solisitor is not available. The communication from the suggested Solisitor has been rather uncomfortable with little or no empathy. They have told me not to contact my Solisitor, with no answers to any of my questions. My last email,at the beginning of last week, to the CEO and the Client Care Team has gone unanswered.

My view was I had personally chosen my Solisitor not the firm.

i have worked with Duncan Louis and the solicitor who name Sailaja Tadepalli was assisting me phenomenally successfull. she was very good treating her client and she has got politely spoken to the client. i really recommended this Duncan Louis to those who confront the legal matter. i was not stressful when they worked for me and and I feel they were the option for the one who confront legal issues. certaily and definitely not 5 star, but 10 star i review. thank you

Do not use this firm. They lose paperwork. They tried passing blame onto me. None of their staff seam to know what they are doing. Through my own research I found an office they advertise is actually a virtual office and it doesn’t say that on their website.

This legal firm is very difficult, I can not speak to anyone other then the Indian phone operators who either do not seem to understand English and I find it hard to understand what they are saying but seem to do everything in their power not to help you, the website needs to be updated as it says it offers legal aid but they keep on saying that they no longer offer this for civil litigation, I would appreciate if someone more senior is able to contact with me over the matter. Thanks.

I have had a very positive experience with Duncan Lewis Solicitors, particularly with Anjali Dora who has been assisting me with my case. She has been professional, well organised, and consistently proactive in managing my matter.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I encountered while attempting to reach Duncan Lewis Law firm for assistance with a new legal matter.

On five separate occasions today, I attempted to contact their office, and each time I encountered significant delays and, unfortunately, dropped calls. Below is a summary of my attempts:

1. Call 1: After a 15-minute hold, my call was disconnected.
2. Call 2: After a 10-minute wait, my call was again dropped.
3. Call 3: Someone answered, but the call was abruptly terminated.
4. Call 4: After waiting for another 15 minutes, the call was disconnected once more.
5. Call 5: I spoke with a representative who appeared to be located at an overseas call centre. I explained my prior experiences and began to provide my first name, but after being placed on hold for over 10 minutes, I chose to hang up.

It is truly inconceivable that a law firm of this stature lacks robust measures to monitor the effectiveness of its customer service representatives. First impressions matter greatly in the legal field, and my experiences have regrettably led me to seek representation from another firm.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively and prompts an evaluation of your call handling processes to improve future client experiences.
