STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY…….ORDERED A £200 DRESS AND COST ME £35 TO RETURN IT THEN THEY ARE LOOKING ANOTHER £40 FOR CUSTOMS OR IM TOLD I CAN WAIT A VERY VERY LONG TIME (in their words) FOR THE DRESSES TO BE RETURNED BACK TO ME WITHOUT A REFUND….! FOUL PLAY, WEEKS AND WEEKS OF CHASING ANSWERS AND THEM LOOKING MORE MONEY WITHOUT A REFUND IN SIGHT

I wore the dress I purchased from Duntery to a wedding and everyone complimented it.
The dress arrived very quickly and was in excellent condition, ironed and folded with care. The color (red) and size were perfect, just as described on the website. The fabric was excellent quality, visible from afar, and the dress looked great.
She also purchased the stole, which was gorgeous, and the tie and pocket square for my husband. Needless to say, we matched perfectly, and the tie and pocket square were also of excellent quality.
I loved it and I think I'll buy from Duntery again!!!

Il vestito era una favola, ha risaltato la mia persona e ho ricevuto un sacco di complimenti. È stato il primo matrimonio a cui ho partecipato e sono rimasta soddisfatta al massimo dell’abito. Ricomprerò volentieri su questo sito. Prima di comprare guardate bene la tabella taglie, se i cm non corrispondono, inviate le vostre misure e vi sarà fatto su misura.

I ordered a pair of shoes and wish I hadn’t bothered, bad customer service all round. Non existent return policy as far as I can tell. I feel like the company is a scam and they just take money from you at the other end….. very disappointed

Ordered dresses that didn't fit, as well as a huge amount of sample fabrics as I was planning to buy my bridesmaid dresses from here. Firstly I had to chase up my order, when chased it magically was sent the next day. By calling themselves duntery.uk, I naively assumed they were UK based only to learn they are shipping from China.

Then, when trying to return the dresses, they charged me postage I have already paid when buying the dresses, postage for sending them back (I have no problem with this) and then they only give partial refund! They required me to send them the returns information, which I did, I've now had the parcel rejected and sent back and there is no remorse or offer of compensation from them. And they continue to claim they never received my returns information. That is from a website claiming EASY RETURNS! AVOID!!

Absolutely beyond expectations! The fabric is very elegant and of high quality, with perfect stitching and craftsmanship. For just over €100, it truly makes a great impression. I ordered size 38 without custom tailoring because I was afraid I might need to return it, but looking back, I would have had it customized for a perfect fit. Shipping to Italy took less than 10 days, and the package was well packed with no odors. I would buy it another 100 times—well done!

Esperienza PESSIMA!

Ho acquistato un abito taglia 44, quando mi è arrivato mi sono resa conto essere grande. Pensavo di poter fare il cambio taglia come tutti gli altri siti.

Per poterlo fare dovevo:
1 rispedirlo in Cina a carico mio
2 mi avrebbero rimborsato l’80% del vestito pagato.
3 avrei dovuto acquistare nuovamente un vestito.

Praticamente ci avrei rimesso un sacco di soldi.

Tramite email rispondono in modo molto sgarbato con frasi tipo:

“Se non restituisci il vestito, non possiamo rimborsarti tutti o la maggior parte dei soldi, no?”

(Io volevo restituirlo ovviamente, ma senza perdere tutti quei soldi)

O ancora:

“Vi abbiamo detto molte volte che il ritorno potrebbe essere costoso. Hai capito?”

“ Se la tua forma del corpo non è abbastanza standard e l'abito non si adatta perfettamente, è anche normale. Molte donne non sono di fisico standard. Ma non puoi dire che abbiamo fatto la taglia sbagliata. Non e' colpa nostra”

Ma ci rendiamo conto???

Ciliegina sulla torta, mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatto tenere il vestito rimborsandomi una piccola parte, SOLO SE AVESSI CANCELLATO LE RECENSIONI NEGATIVE.

Ho acquistato di corsa questo vestito su misura mancavano dieci giorni al matrimonio a cui dovevo partecipare. Ma è arrivato nei tempi stabiliti e sono molto felice perche si adatta perfettamente al mio corpo. Lo consiglio vivamente, e poi ha un'infinità di vestiti e colori tra cui scegliere.

You need to be certain that you want these dresses and are going to keep them. Our experience was awful. We contacted the company before we ordered, as we wanted to be sure we could return them if necessary. They assured us it was easy. Please make sure you read very carefully the returns policy . Trying to return them is an absolute nightmare. You not only have to pay for the shipping, but they also take a further 30% off, as well as shipping in China, you will certainly be out of pocket.
