Was super impressed with the customer service. Maya responded promptly to all.my emails and was very helpful. Communication excellent! And the dress itself was beautiful- accurately sized( I had it made to measure), beautifully made and finished.

Mi sono arrivati due vestiti enormi e ho pertanto chiesto il reso.
La risposta dell'azienda è che viene rimborsato solo l 80 percento, tolte le spese di spedizione, e che devo provvedere io al pagamento delle spedizione di ritorno che si aggira sui 40 euro! Inoltre leggendo le spedizioni di questo sito vedo che anche effettuando il ritorno cercano in tutti i modi di non pagare il rimborso. È una truffa! Non comprate da questo sito. Pessimo

Esperienza pessima. Impongono la personalizzazione della taglia solo al fine di non poter rendere l'abito ma, in realtà, consegnano banalissimo abito a misure standard....e non sono neanche bravi ad inviare un abito quanto meno mettibile. A me è arrivato, solo il giorno prima dell'evento e quindi non più in tempo per sistemarlo, di almeno 3 misure più grandi. TRUFFA. Soldi buttati

Sono molto soddisfatta di questa azienda,ho effettuato già due ordini con loro , i modelli sono perfetti come nelle foto e il tessuto è veramente bello ! Lo consiglio.

Che dire😍 effettuerò sicuramente altri acquisti, ho ordinato un vestito a sirena, per una cerimonia, ho fatto un figurone mi hanno fatto tanti complimenti ❤️ abito fatto su misura semplicemente perfetto😍 tessuto e qualità ottima 👍🏼 è arrivato in anticipo rispetto ai tempi di consegna indicati , super consigliato ❤️

Una stella perché non si può dare meno.
Abito acquistato con altre damigelle per avere lo stesso colore. Il mio arriva di una tonalità totalmente diversa (avevamo scelto blu oceano e arriva un colore blu elettrico/blu royal).
Contatto immediatamente il servizio clienti e mi risponde un'incapace (tale iris) che chiede ulteriori foto per capire il problema, come se l'accostamento con il campione colore non fosse già abbastanza esplicativo.
Insomma, la loro soluzione per un loro sbaglio è restituire il vestito al costo di 20€ di spedizione + 45€ circa di dogana per farlo arrivare in Cina. Forse verrò rimborsata all'80% sul totale speso, ma non è ancora cosa certa. Indecenti e scandalosi. Spero falliscano.

1.It say delivery time 7 to 10 days .I received my dress after 45 day .And after I had to email several times.The shocking was ,when they asked me when is your event ?Don't thing it's ok.
2.The dress didn't fit me ,and looked no the same on the picture ,tvery narrow at the top and very wide at the bottom. I decided to return
3.Shocking ,The emails coming to me ,£26 to be refund and to order another dress,I paid more than £140
4,I have to send back in China I paid £25 for postage and they took me £10 for some fee
5,I spend £170 and received £96 back plus the worries ,this dress was for my son wedding
6.Absoluty not recommended

Mi devo sposare e cercavamo degli abiti per le mie 4 damigelle. Avevamo provato a fare un ordine con due vestiti per vedere la qualità , successivamente facendo l’altro ordine con il resto degli abiti … risultato? Arrivano Di un altro verde da quello del primo ordine. Chiediamo il reso e ti fanno mille storie oltre alle spese di spedizione a tuo carico e al rimborso dell’80% che non so se rivedremo mai qualora accettassero il reso di almeno l’ultimo ordine. Abbiamo perso un mucchio di soldi e non sappiamo come fare. Mi hanno rovinata 😭

Please avoid! Trying to look like UK company however the dresses are from
China. I have received dress in wrong colour, different material and different cut and it’s unbelievably difficult to deal with them. They offered me to keep the dress and return 20% which is a bit over £20. Absolutely ridiculous. Waste of money and time

Ho fatto un acquisto. Mi arriva il vestito (non su misura) e non mi si chiude nonostante le misure fossero corrette. Li contatto immediatamente lo stesso giorno della consegna (visto che sul sito dicono che hai 3 gg di tempo) e non mi hanno ancora risposto nonostante dicano che rispondono in due gg. Purtroppo non avevo letto le schifo di politiche di reso che hanno. Niente rimborso spedizione (20€ per Express) poi forse 80% del costo del vestito (78,40€) in più devo rispedire io in Cina spendendo almeno 45€ quindi praticamente ti mangi tutto. Uno schifo. Mai più.

Aggiornamento: hanno risposto dopo 4 giorni dicendo che preferivano non riavere l’abito e che potevo portarlo da una sarta e avrebbero pagato. Non volendolo gli ho detto che lo rimandavo indietro. Mi hanno offerto 15€ per tenerlo. Alla fine sono riuscita a farmene dare 25 che era quello che avrei ottenuto mandandolo indietro e spendendo 50€ e passa per spedirlo. Una truffa

* I am updating this review following the unbelievable response from Duntery some 2 months after my original review! Not exactly helpful or good customer service. You received numerous emails from me so I imagine you know exactly who I am from my initials but regardless you, Maya were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I decided to go through the PayPal dispute service and despite them going in Duntery’s favour first off because I refused to pay to return the item based on the many negative reviews, Maya suggesting I lie about the value of the item for customs which is unlawful and the fact I refused to return without a prepaid return label when the seller is responsible for return costs when items are not of a satisfactory quality nor fit for purpose in line with the consumer rights act 2015, but once I appealed and requested formal complaint they upheld my complaint and issued my refund in full. I urge you all to pursue your issues as this company is making a fortune ripping people off. Complete scam company. Disgraceful.

Original review 30.04.24- This company breaches Consumer Law. Advertises as a UK website but is in fact china. I have emailed a complaint and it is not being taken seriously. The company seems to think it does not have to comply with law. Terrible dresses. Sizing is completely off. Dress far too heavy for the straps. Terrible material. Dresses not fit for purpose. Misleading website information. Awful. Stay away from this company.

We found a dress from Duntery but it didn’t have the colour my daughter wanted. When I enquired, Maya replied that the workers can make the dress in the colour my daughter wants.

A couple of days after ordering, my daughter realised that she had given the wrong measurements. I contacted Duntery but wasn’t hopeful that I was in time to change the measurements.

However, Maya from Duntery replied that she had asked the workers to amend accordingly.

Despite this change, the dress arrived in just over 2 weeks after placing the order.

The dress is lovely and fitted like a glove.

My daughter is over the moon.

Maya’s service is amazing and the dress is gorgeous and certainly value for money.

I highly recommend this online shop.

Easy to order and very clear email communication when I asked about delivery date. Dress arrived it is a perfect fit and colour exactly as on website. Very competitive cost

Ordered terracotta satin swatches. Colour arrived just as I wanted. Ordered the terracotta satin ties, and they came a completely different colour. Customer service was dreadful - I asked for a replacement and they said that the colour would be the same because the amount of dye used. So basically, the swatches are a complete waste of time and money.

They refused to refund me. After a battle back and forth, I ended up only getting 20% compensation.

DO NOT order from this site.

Worst experience ever with an online dress company ! The dress was too small and even though the website says easy refunds and returns - it is not true! They emailed me back and forth wanting to give me $24 to keep the dress. I paid $94 for it. I will never go on their website or buy from them again !! So disappointed!!

You have to pay for shipping back and also the shipping fee they paid and only get 80% of a refund after that. Absolutely ridiculous! The dresses also come from China, not the UK! Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Firstly when I decided to order a few dresses so that I could try them on and decide which style suited me better they refused to allow me to do this forcing me to only pic 3 dresses - even though I was happy to then return the remainder and take the 80% refund. Then the dates that I should receive the dress kept getting pushed back and back to the point I would not receive the dress in time for the wedding. They confirmed in email that they had not started the dress and when I asked to cancel as it would not arrive in time they then changed their mind and said the dresses had been made and so now they could not cancel the order. They are still refusing to provide a refund 3 weeks later and are still saying they can only give me an 80% refund if they send the dress despite me saying they can keep the dress to save both parties shipping fees and they would also be able to resell them as I ordered a sample size not custom. Other men Evers of my bridal party have gone to return dresses ( due to them being cheap and if poor quality) only to find the 80% refund is again a lie and there are hidden shipping fees and customs fees to return the items so actually you end up with about a 30% refund. This company is not uk based like their website implies and everything is done in china! Please save your self the weeks of hassle and diss appointment and use another company.
