Order still unfulfilled with no communication

The company’s website states that international orders are dispatched within 48 hours, with estimated delivery in 7–9 business days. However, my account still shows the order as unfulfilled, and I have received no dispatch confirmation, tracking information, explanation, or update.

It has now been more than two weeks, so I am understandably concerned. I have contacted the company requesting either a confirmed dispatch date, valid tracking information and an estimated arrival date, or an immediate full refund.

I am completely dissatisfied. This company is an absolute scam.

They advertise that they ship to Europe within just a few business days. Then, after about a week, they suddenly claim that their European warehouse is out of stock. That is simply not true—they don't even have a warehouse in Europe. They use this excuse to get people to place an order and then send an apology email saying delivery will now take up to 20 business days because they have to ship from Canada.

Customer support does not respond to any messages, and they eventually canceled my order without any proper solution or communication.

Absolute scam. Stay away.

Really impressed with this product
I’ve brought this with me on weekend trips, beach days, and even while traveling abroad over the summer, and it’s held up so well. It’s much sturdier and more substantial than it looks — definitely not flimsy at all. I originally tried going with a cheaper version first, and it just didn’t compare. Eventually I decided to buy the real one, and I’m so glad I did. Honestly would’ve saved myself money and hassle if I had just gotten this one from the start.

Duonamic is such an innovative fitness company. I love using their portable doorframe pull-up bars due to their lightweight/non-bulky design, and best of all, they leave no damage or marks on my door trim. I use it in my apartment and in hotels when I travel. Could not recommend their products enough.

The grips I use have added a fun challenge to my pull-up workouts and have helped me build grip strength in new ways.

I was honestly skeptical about whether these would hold my weight or if they would just snap the wood trim off my door. I’ve used the old school door bar trainers before and they always left marks or felt like they were slipping.

This gear is different because of how it grips. It’s a smart design that actually feels more secure, the more weight you put on it. I live in an apartment where I can’t be making holes in the walls or scuffing up the paint, and this solved that issue completely. It takes maybe ten seconds to hook them on and I can take them down just as fast so they aren't an eyesore in the living room all day.

The best part is how small they are. I’ve actually started taking them with me when I travel for work because they fit in a backpack easily. If you want a solid pull up workout at home but don't want to turn your doorway into a construction zone, these are worth the money.

The product is amazing. I brought it with me on trips out to the hamptons and even to Europe when traveling during the summer. Its way more sturdy than it seems and its actually dense, and not flimsy. I first had tried buying a knock off version on amazon for cheaper and then eventually just sucked it up and bought the real thing, and very happy I did. Would have just saved the money if I bought it the first time.

The quality and convenience are amazing. At home or when traveling I can always get in a great workout.
