I mis-ordered a product, the wrong strength. I had sent an email, but thought to try Customer Service. I got Jackson, he was great! He changed the order quickly and sent a confirmation email. Couldn't be happier with the response!!

Was an item that was out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone's control. They immediately called me to let me know. Unfortunately I missed there call but then an email was sent very quickly and the matter was resolved. A staff member by the name of Ash was very helpful. Would highly recommend the company as have ordered multiple times and there hasn't been many issues but when there has been they have been quick to resolve them
