5* before my previous purchase, now only 4* after they've switched to Evri for deliveries.
I’ve been waiting days for my delivery, I've never had issues before Evri took over.
Moving forward I will look elsewhere.
EDIT: No, the first delivery attempt was fake and I was lied to after being told they haven’t received it, even though the driver took a photo of a random parking space. After I told them the place is shut on the weekend they still attempted to deliver, I was then ignored for 3 days when I finally delivered it after almost 7 days after placing the order.

We can confirm that a delivery attempt was made 72 hours after the parcel was dispatched.
Unfortunately, the premises provided as the delivery address were closed at the time, which prevented successful delivery.
We completely understand how disappointing delays can be, and we’re actively working to improve the reliability of our delivery services.
We do also offer an alternative courier option at checkout, which some customers prefer.

We’re so I start! What an amazing company! I told my friend that she was buying over expensive liquids and that e-liquids sell Bar Juice Liquid which is 5 for £10 so you get an extra one! Unlike when you buy in your local shop and you only get 4 for £10. I was very pleased with the customer service, update information and fast delivery service! I will be using this company again in the future as it is easy to use, even with a nice easy age verification page to securely make sure everyone is of legal age to purchase! Awful awful awful company that I…
Awful awful awful company that I suspect is a scam site. In stock when ordered for next day delivery, 5 days later I get a text asking if I want a replacement which was the same day they “sent out” my order which was out of stock apparently. Next day I get a card from DPD saying it’s left outside, it’s not there. Contact the company saying it’s out of their hands. Clarified that actually the day they asked if I wanted a replacement (5 days after ordering for next day delivery) it was actually out of stock. Took about 4 emails to clarify that they’d actually sent an alternative product with out me telling them to, which I would’ve refused. Now they’ve taken £45 for an order that was out of stock and vapes that were never received. Total scammers.
