Took up the offer which included the container etc however didn’t receive any of the extras which is fine because the product is not fit for purpose & definitely don’t recommend it or be buying again

I placed an initial order that would last me a long time and when earthbreeze tried to send me another pack they agreed to cancel my subscription advertising. A few weeks later they have debited my credit card again and posted more laundry sheets. Do not sign up. Their behaviour is fraudulent once they have your credit card.

Staff is rubbish!!!I just had the same experience with no chance to cancel or return my order, company suddenly not responding to any emails, AVOID!!!!!

I have placed an order on July 14th out of curiosity. On the same day, July 14 I have cancelled my subscription after reading the reviews for which I received a cancellation confirmation email. I should have done this before I placed the order, my fault. On Aug 16th, I received an order confirmation. A confirmation for an order I haven’t placed for £47 (my subscription being cancelled). Also, when I try to login into the account to check the order / subscription status my account cannot be found. Take care and triple check before placing an order with this company.

Paid for products in May but never received anything, contacted by phone and e-mail still nothing, the last e-mail I sent, not even a reply to the last e-mail.

Great product but will keep sending orders and charging your account. Very difficult to cancel or amend.
I took advantage of the introductory offer and purchased several different fragrances. A month later and I get the same order again and £60 charged to my bank account. Difficult/impossible to amend orders online. I now have enough sheets for 440 washes in a house with 2 people in it.
Absolute joke.
Really spoilt the experience.

OMG ITS A NIGHTMARE TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION THEY ALWAYS HAVE AN EXCUSE WHY IT WAS NOT CANCELED.

I decided to give them a try but after ordering they have automatically decided to try and take £45 one month later despite saying its £19 per order now and my first order was for £35. Where is the easy cancel option? Ive emptied my bank account beyond my overdraft so they cant just take it. I havent set up an account with them and will not try any other eco options in the future because of this experience. So well done on dittearing a future potencial customer.

Laundry sheets ok for mildly soiled laundry.
Dishwasher sheets absolutely rubbish! Don’t remove light tea stains from mugs at all either on a dishwasher intense programme or when dissolving 2 sheets & soaking mugs in a strong solution! So on balance, pretty ineffective!

In a nutshell absolutely fugging shit, there is something inside these shits (sheets)
I’ve got a football shirt with a shirt Number with the Premier League logo on the on the sleeves it has damaged the Number as if it is burnt and it has faded and worn away the logos on the side who’s gonna pay for a new football shirt

I would give a 0 zone star for the Earth Dishwasher sheets can't dissolve properly, blocked the dishwasher drain, caused my kitchen flood, I have been used few times in different ways, always flood , I thought maybe I need to call plumber in to have a look, then I trid the original dishwasher tablet " Fairy" I been used for years, the Fairy diswasher tablets works perfectly. so angry the Earth Dishwasher Sheets, can't do the job , caused my kitchen flood and kitchen cabinets got water damaged !!!! Don't buy it, think it's cheap, end up pay more ( water damages)

Unable to cancel subscriptions currently! After the special offer the monthly subscription is extremely expensive & the website will not allow me to cancel the subscription. Wish I’d never signed up!

I liked the product and have used for a long time. However I recently was sucked in by an offer for two packs and two freebies. It arrived, the freebie was a cheap small storage tin and I was charged over £22. I now cannot access my account to cancel.

Agree with all the reviews who have had issues with accessing their account. This company was good up to a few months ago, but now I cannot access my account to change frequency or stop the subscription. I keep receiving a message that my account cannot be found, or the code to sign in never arrives. After receiving more laundry sheets that I didn't need, and then being unable to change the frequency myself, it is not now the service I originally signed up to.

Very helpful customer service, excellent service as always. Many thanks to Nina for sorting out a very minor issue. Will keep on ordering my yearly supply of Earth Breeze laundry sheets and supplies.

Such a pleasure dealing with these folk :). Love the product as well. Effective and healthy for your family. Unsure where another review spoke of impossibility to change order. I've done both years mere days (I think closest were 2 days) before reorder goes through automatically, and it was moved within less than an hour, both times, including my indecisiveness..

I’ve always been able to delay my delivery or speed it up if running out. I like the fact that there is no plastic involved with these sheets and my washing comes out fresh and clean. I’ve just cancelled as I’m moving and their customer services are brilliant.

I've been using these laundry sheets for years and they do a good job.

The website has always been poor and unintuitive - and now I find I managed to cancel my subscription in error instead of just the next shipment.... My "customer delight" specialist has been quite un-special and not delightful. He tried for a bit but then no response to further messages for clarfication and help. In the end he did re-instate my subscription but the order wouldn't go through, and I've had no feedback or help with that either.

I need to do some laundry so ultimately I've taken my business elsewhere, a shame as the sheets were good and very convenient

The product works very well. I have used nothing else since I first used Earthbreeze a couple of years ago.My washing always comes out of the machine spotless. Storing the packet is a doddle , taking up no room. No more spilt powder , no more carrying great heavy boxes, What’s not to like !

Not only do I love the product, it works beautifully, smells great and takes up so much less space! But also the customer service is terrific - friendly, responsive and reliable. Keep it up guys, you’re doing a great job.
