Having used a washing machine for the better part of my 65 years I have never experienced a build up of black residue in my machine, and the only difference is I've been using earth breeze laundry sheets constantly for past 5 months. Has anyone else found this to be the case??. I purchased a bulk buy of these sheets and now I am in a quandary if I should continue to use them. Thanks Jan

Product is good but... Customer service couldn't cancel my subscription and they still ask me about my details which I sent to them several times... So instead i had to block my bank account.

Great product, but non existent customer service. I recently bought a pack of earth breeze laundry sheets for £9. After checkout, I was offered the opportunity to upgrade my purchase to an annual purchase of 12 packs for £89. I agreed to the upgrade, but my bank declined the payment so the order didn't go through. I immediately tried to ring the customer services number, but this is a mobile phone, no one answers, and there isn't any message. I emailed instead, and got a quick response saying they would email me a new invoice. When this came through it was for £118.80, not the offer price of £89. Every attempt to contact
earth breeze since then has been ignored. I'm extremely disappointed, as I love the product and would have become a regular customer.

I've been using EarthBreeze for months now, and I must say I am pleased with their product, their page was a bit difficult to navigate in the past but now that seems to be fixed too. I really love the sheets, very compact and easy to store, they are eco-friendly and they get the job done! Also they come out reatively the same price as standard detergents but are much easier to use, u just pop a sheet in and you're done, no risk of spilling or making a mess or under/overdosing

My 5 stars are for the aftersales service when I wanted to cancel my order. The person dealing with my issue was extremely understanding and dealt with my concerns very efficiently.
Although I was disappointed in the product due to some post wash staining - the customer service person advised on how I may have avoided that - so I will continue using what's left of my product and see if the advice works (tearing off small piece of sheet, wetting it and rub onto stains as you would a stain remover).

Placed initial order on 19 February 2024, 2nd payment was taken from my Bank account on 18 March but no delivery received.
Please confirm package on way.

An effective, sustainable, laundry detergent. I initially made a small order by subscription, then decided to order a year's worth at a reduced rate and also save on co2 emissions with just one delivery. The person I spoke to cancelled my subscription without question. Over a year later I am coming to the end of my order & will definitely order this lovely product again.

Tried cancelling my account today and selected the appropriate reason and nothing happened. Tried to edit my card payment and nothing happened I couldn’t edit it. So had to cancel via email and stop payment from my bank. Always very worried when this happens as it’s forcing someone not to be able to stop if they choose to!

Product is perfectly fine but not close to unique anymore. Living on my own it lasts absolute ages. But that means I don't need a subscription. A subscription doesn't help me in any way. But their business practices are not just annoying they're downright appalling. I was sent an email saying they were going to ship an order but NOWHERE in the email does it give an option to cancel the subscription. You can delay it by a month or two, but that's it! Contact support and they'll put you on a special managed account where you can manage your own subscription periods (so generous!), but trying to get into the account doesn't actually work! It's just a circular loop where I login one way, then returns me to the login screen but with a different login method, so I do that and it returns me to the login screen with the first login method and so and and so on......

Only reason I give 2 starts is because the product actually works, but predatory business practices are inexcusable.

A great product. Gentle enough for delicates and powerful enough for a white linen wash whilst not polluting our environment. A win, win situation naturally.

Great product lovely smell cleans beautifully. In one word fab .super helpful support staff that sorted a problem I have in moments.

Ive ordered from earthbreeze for several years now. They are fantastic to deal with and answer any queries quickly. The supply gas been seamless for years. They have a wonderful product.

Excellent customer service from Cart this evening. I called in to say I wanted to cancel the subscription as I could not remember me setting one up and not only they cancelled my subscription, but they also have now refunded me the money for my last order. This is customer excellence on steroids. Thank you Cral and I will surely come back to you guys soon.

This product is excellent and works really well. Moving away from plastic bottles is fantastic and the customer service from the team is very efficient. It’s easy to amend your order when you need some extra sheets, and making a donation each time you buy is a bonus.

While I'm completely blown away by the performance and cleanliness of the Earth Breeze Laundry Sheets, given their sustainability and healthiness, I once experienced an account issue. Not only answered the customer support within MINUTES, but Butch was also suuuper nice and so helpful! Totally recommend Earth Breeze UK!

I would highly recommend using earth breeze. I used them for months but wanted to have a break for a while and it wasn’t a problem, they stopped my subscription immediately. I have re started my monthly subscription but accidentally ordered a year’s supply as well! It was dealt with immediately and cancelled within 10 minutes!
I can’t fault the customer service at earthbreeze and will continue to use them.
Oh and the laundry sheets are really effective and give amazing results. Thank you

I had some issues having changed my credit card but Yvonne was exceptionally helpful, providing wonderful customer service. So GREAT product, Great customer service. I cannot recommend highly enough
