I can’t recommend this company or product highly enough. The washing sheets are excellent and eco friendly, the packaging is all biodegradable and recyclable with no plastic involved, they arrive in the post and if you subscribe it makes the product cheaper. I like that before the sheets are sent, you are asked whether you want any this time or whether you need more than your normal subscription. And on top of all this, their customer service is second to none.

i have cancelled my subscription as was not impressed with the first wash. also they are made in China so find this hypocritical . they are aiming to look after the planet so why shopbfrom China. i have asked for my money back

We ALL need to help the planet, small changes can help. I love these laundry sheets no more lugging heavy boxes of soap powder and comfort these arrive by post very neat package store so easy and simple to use. I have given quite a few to family to try. Great customer service easy ordering I subscribe for year and get extra packs free. Certainly cheaper than my old detergent and having psoriasis I have to use non bio this is superb have not noticed any downsides for switching all positive. Less packaging cannot recommend enough. Great company.

The Laundry Sheets themselves are pretty great, which I believe you'll read a lot of comments confirming, but I just wanted to take a moment to praise this company's customer service. They always get back to you really quickly, are incredibly helpful and friendly and give you the impression that they really do care, which is something that is really, really rare these days. All round I just find them a pretty great company really!

This product is expensive even if using half a sheet. I also did not realise that there was £3 tax on them, which cost me £18 in total. As I found they are made in China, they probably cost a very small amount to produce.
I purchased the scented version, but the washing actually smelt stale when it came out.
I am so glad I didn't get a subsciption going by what others have said about being unable to cancel.
In that so expensive and seems to be not fit for purpose and the company doesn't respond. (I am also suspicious of companies offering subs. for a lower price). It makes me wonder how ethical they are as a company.
Try soap nuts, which are quite good. A natural plant product, can be purchased from health food shops and online.

Excellent customer service and excellent product. What more can one say!

Eco friendly, great customer support. Quality product.

I am trying to make an effort to be more eco friendly where I can but I also want products that work. I came across this product and its great. It comes through the post in an envelope that can be recycled and the sheets are handy for going on holiday with, they are light and easy to transport, and less messy than tablets. I have also been really pleasantly surprised by the customer service. I had a query about my account and I got a response the same day which was really helpful, polite and friendly. Sadly not many companies offer great customer service but it was really one of the best customer service experiences I have had. I would definitely recommend.

Earth Breeze sheets do a fantastic job with the washing. No more powder clogging up the dispenser drawer and good to know you are doing something good for the environment. Their Customer Services are second to none. I received an immediate reply to my email query (which is rare these days). I have just increased my order to make sure I don’t run out.

I love the product but sadly I am thinking of cancelling as the delivery times are so irregular! In May it got lost completely. This means that I am having to buy another product whilst I am waiting for it to be delivered.

I use the Fragrance free product as I have very sensitive skin. Also, when you wash your clothes, with this fantastic product there, will be no carbon footprint as it disappears straight away. There is also a bio earth breeze too, so give it a go. You will love it.

I cannot recommend this product enough. It is easy to use and very easy to store - no bulky plastic bottles to worry about recycling. Also, as it is delivered at regular intervals to my home I do not have to worry about buying washing powder/ gel/ liquid and have the added grief of lugging it home! Well done Earth Breeze!

Be aware you will be charged in USD rather than GBP when ordering on the UK website which shows all pricing in GBP, so likely subject to additional transaction and processing fees from your bank. Also there are issues with the website preventing you from canceling a subscription. Additionally the 'upgrade' offer to a 12 month subscription does NOT automatically cancel your original order so you will be charged twice (in USD) once for your original order and again for the 12 month subscription, even though the website makes it appear that should not be the case.

I have no complaints with earth breeze to wash standard laundry which is only dirty through wear. Great at removing body fluids (blood, sweat etc) but useless at removing other stains such as tomato juice or icepops, these kind of stains will need pre treating.

I have not used 2 sheets as suggested for "heavily soiled" laundry as pre treating works out cheaper so it could work.

This company, not only ecologically sound, have probably the best customer service I have come across in a very very long time.

They answered my email within minutes even though it was 11 pm (UK time), they immediately resolved the problem I had alerted them to… Which turned out not to be a problem just a miscommunication with the person who had received the parcel for me… And were polite and courteous and… Just what you want from a decent customer service.

If that wasn’t enough, I bought this product for my mum to go on holiday, and she absolutely loves it. She had one box in her suitcase and said when she opened it at the other end the beautiful smell that wafted up from the case made Het want to wash her clothes immediately LOL.

She have only use these for hand washing so far, mum says they are brilliant and do exactly what you want a washing powder/liquid/sheet to do… They cleaned the clothes she had washed beautifully and they smell fantastic.

Now, before anybody starts, I haven’t been paid for this review it is honest and I am not one for holding back when things aren’t right. But this company have done everything right.

I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely brilliant company. They are professional and friendly. Queries resolved in a timely fashion, subscribing is painless and you are notified with time to change shipping dates. The wash sheets are super efficient. Washing is clean, fragrant and soft. Remember to keep your detergent drawer clean to avoid any build up. Other than that just buy them, you will not regret it and the Planet will love you!

Love this product so much. I’m on my fourth pack & will continue to order. Their customer service is also outstanding (thanks again Ruela!) Brilliant idea & fabulously executed - Earth Breeze rock!

This Company is brilliant. Not only is their product really effective and easy to use, but their Customer Service Department are the best I have ever dealt with.

I can’t thank them enough.

Fantastic product - every time I use it, I feel good about there being no plastic. Customer service was amazing too. Fast and helpful. Will keep ordering. Thank you.
