Placed an order more than a month ago still no product. Contacted support who are worthless just give you the run around. Don’t by from this company. They ship from Asia.

If I could leave a zero star that's what it would be. I placed an order 2 weeks ago. I've got some wonky looking tracking numberYSD403908968YQ, they tell me that this is a USPS tracking number. It is not. I have asked for a refund multiple times. They escalated me supposedly and a new representative sent me a message saying your package has shipped. If you don't receive it within the next five business days, please contact us back but they still haven't provided a tracking. I paid extra for expedited shipping. It's been 2 weeks. It should have been received within 3 to 5 days. This hasn't happened. They're ignoring my request for a refund and then they have the nerve to send me a request to rate them on their customer service skills. I do not have product. I do not have a tracking and I do not have a refund. These people need to be stopped.

I order on 05/01/2026. my order is just barely hitting US customs. Supposed to be made in usa. they say real person will call never does. they are liars from a foriegn country and will steal your money. all i ever dealt woth was ai. they say someone will call but they never do

Ordered on May 4th it is May 5th and still no product, it is May 29th as of this writing. Contacted them and they blamed a tracking issue. This is apparently being delivered by snail mail and I mean literally by snails. Would not buy from again.

This company must be located somewhere outside our universe!!! It’s been a month and I still have no product and their way of communicating with you is the worst! Companies nowadays communicate only via emails, that’s unacceptable. I’m sure to a lot of people. Please people find another company located at least their distribution centers located in the USA.
There is no excuse for anything taking over a month for you to receive unless it’s a fraudulent scam company.

I ordered my products on May 10th, 2026 and ever since then tracking only shows “info received”. It is now May 28, 2026. Through emails I was told they are monitoring closely the status of my order but nothing ever changes in tracking updates. I have been told they cannot cancel the order since it’s already been shipped. But where the heck is it?!!?! Their policy says product will be delivered in 5-7 days. That’s a joke! So my opinion on this company leaves much to be desired and I will not order from them again. Their email responses produce no solution to the problem. It’s a shame since they claim to have a great product. I will also share this on Facebook as well.

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. Not usa product. No update on tracking until delivered. International shipping. Respond to concerns with a generic response. Automatically enroll you in recurring subscription. Total scam.

It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my product when I email them. It takes three days for them to get back with me and They keep saying they're still processing it. I asked for my money back and they said they couldn't do that. They are a scam!

Well it's been 12 days and I still haven't received it. Beginning to wonder if I'm going to and then when I type in my tracking number it says there's no such an order. Yeah I don't know. Don't think I trust him. I've never order through them again I placed the order May 11th and it is now May 22nd and still haven't got it

Composed an email to inquire about my order in which they responded once saying, I've checked the order details, and it shows that your order was fulfilled on May 11th. However, I'm currently unable to retrieve real-time transit updates from the tracking link to provide you with a more precise ETA.

As of now, 5/19, I still have not received any kind of engagement from this specialist team member nor from the one that emailed me in the quotes above. As far as I'm concerned this may as well be a sham of a business and a product and will be following up with the BBB to report them.

Ordered a one time purchase have never received and they do not have a legit customer service number it goes straight to answer machine. Auto response emails always sent. All bots!!!
I disputed the charge with my cc company and they reversed it but the company charged me again 23.99 as a reaccuring charge.
To help those trying to get out of the reaccuring charges you will have to probably pay the amount and close your account. That is the only way I can do it with my cc to keep from another 23.99 being charged to my cc. Many cc companies do not have a way to stop reaccuring charges from happening.
I am also going to file a complaint with the BBB and let them know this company is fraudulently doing business and that their advertising is fraudulent because they say shipped from USA.

Product does not work. Received 3 month supply and they charge my account again for another shipment I did not place and no subscription. Will not answer emails.

I ordered this product thinking it would help with my post-op recovery. Nothing but issues from the start. Said would ship within 3 days and was made in the USA. Contacted after 5 days and they give some BS response that order is still processing. Complained a few days later and wanted to cancel and get refund, offered refund of 10% and would turn off auto ship. WHAT??! I never approved an auto ship. Long story short this company is a scam. Now a month later and still don't have any product. Here's the kicker....I just got charged $75 for another shipment. TOTAL FRAUD SCAM DO NOT BUY THIS CHINESE SCAM!

Ordered one time, took a month to receive, from China. Clearly not made in the USA as they say. Got the wrong product, was overcharged! A month later, i am getting charged again and have had to cancel my card. i did not sign up for an auto ordering and it says on their site that I am not but i am being charged again! Have reached out with several emails which is the only way to contact them and no responses!! Total Scam!

Do not order from this company!! Their return picy is a shame as are their products! I have a screenshot of the ingredients in their hydrotabs & it does not include dextrose but when I recieved the product that was the first ingredient. They refused to refund me even though none of the pkgs were opened & they would not offer a replacement with a different product! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY y

Do Not Recommend. Cancelling a subscription from Earthline Naturals is next to impossible. I didn't even know I was getting a subscription. I just wanted to try the tablets. I'm still going around and around. They seem to keep dragging out this process until another month has been billed. Calling the BBB next. Do Not Order From Them. This is a sham.

I ordered the product February 28. After about 3 weeks I emailed the earthline multiple emails with Carla, getting a runaround. It was being held in LA then after a couple of weeks nothing more email. Yesterday I emailed and was told it was delivered but I haven't received anything. After looking at the shipping details its not made in America like the ad claimed and it was supposedly left New Jersey not LA as Carla stated. This company is a scam. I would stay completely away from them. Im out my money and no product.

Trying to cancel subscription they say doesn't exist but charges my account. Website is deceptive and no answers to emails
