AVOID !!!

What is happening to Easily, we are working with them for decades, but support is appalling. None of the support emails are answered, you cannot call for support. There is nothing left of what it used to be

Help with domain renewal in grace period

I was away when my domain renewal approached the expiry date, but noted there was a grace period so resolved to address it on my return. For some reason I could not find a way to renew it online during the grace period via my Easily account on the website. I contacted support and had a swift response, so it was swiftly resolved by the UK support team. It would be better if the grace period renewal can just be done directly online.

Can't add DKIM records to our DNS…

Can't add DKIM records to our DNS records. No response after several emails to their tech support over the course of 4 weeks. No phone number on their website. This appears to be the way to get a response from them!

Your online portal, does give you the facility to update your DNS (including DKIM records) yourself. The only time in which it wouldn't, is if the record you are trying to add is incorrect.

It’s a third party issue - no it’s not!

Email simultaneously stopped working on computer and phone, and yet according to Easily this is a third party problem. Tried with different, ‘third party’ software and still it shows a password error - despite ensuring the password is correct. Easily’s response time is terrible, can take days for a one paragraph reply. I await the, ‘it’s a third party issue’ reply to this review!

4 days and still waiting for urgent tech suppprt

4 days and I’m still waiting for Easily to resolve my technical issue, despite a number of emails marked ‘Urgent’. I can’t access urgent emails, including flight details and have mentioned this on the emails I’ve sent them.

I’ve been a customer for over 25 years, but the very poor response times for support mean I’ll now go elsewhere when my renewal comes up. There needs to be a telephone support line or 7 day a week responsive support, as they used to have. Very disappointed. And still waiting to hear from them.

Easily have been great over the longer term!

Over the past decade or so, we have owned a number of small companies within the Facilities Management, Property and Interior Design businesses and in the main, they have been handled by Easily for the larger timescale within this.

Given the varying complexity of the businesses mentioned, Easily have always worked with us if ever needed across the board, whether this has been technical, innovative or simply accounting queries, they have always been positive and prompt with their response.

Terrible experience, no response to support

Terrible experience and still not resolved.

I have been a customer of Easily for over 22 years, assistance was amazing when they had a contact number for their support/technical team, now this has been removed and you can only contact via email or a form. They will apparently respond within 3-5 days I believe, it has been two weeks and the only person to email back was someone in billing to confirm my details and now nothing!

This is not how a company is supposed to deal with customers. If you insist on not providing a contact number then at least have the decency to reply back to customers when they have an issue!

I had let my Domain expire

I had inadvertently let my Domain expire.

Contacted the Domain support team, Tracey picked my email up and I received a response within hours.
Tracey renewed my Domain and it was up and running within 24 hours.

One happy stress free customer:)

Utterly dreadful experience

So to be fair I have previously had a good experience - with Ryan, who was very prompt and helpful.
But on this occasion it was NOT Ryan. And it was utterly dreadful. Again to be fair it was a complicated issue. After 18 good years, my website was hacked. Not Easily's fault (though my tech guy had to disable his online protections before his computer allowed him to access Easily's portal on any browser as it considered it unsafe!)
However, trying to clear quarantined pagesor get hold of the database to restore the site was impossible in the end because the proccess of trying to extract any support from Easily was hell. We had Christopher, who did not answer anything himself but relayed one issue/question a day to 'the admins' and delivered their answer. Naturally in a complicated situation like this any answer raised another question/issue which received no response, regardless of begging, until the next day. This went on for days while I lost more work and got very distressed.
In the end we moved the hosting somewhere else and rebuilt the entire website from scratch. It was quicker.
So pray you get Ryan, who can answer you direct and is quick and very helpful. Otherwise run for the hills.

Friendly and effective

I had a problem with SSL certificates. Christopher McGuiness took on the problem and solved it for me. I have only had to seek support a few times in very many years with several sites but Easily has been responsive and friendly each time.
