I would leave a no star review if I could. I have used Easily for many years. Crucially, when technical issues arose, help was available. I have not been able to receive or send mail since Monday morning ie for four days. I tried calling on the only available tel number, it was permanently engaged. On Monday, I sent off a form on the Easily website. I sent a second form including my mobile number as, clearly, I would not be able to receive an email from them. I'm about to take my laptop to a computer technician where I'll be charged a lot of money. This is not ok . Jenny Dearden

Excellent service
Have used Easily for sometime now. Whenever I have had a problem with settings etc, have always received a rapid response. All problems have always been resolved.

My emails have not been working

Poor/no support
Poor, almost non existent support. When everything works it’s great, but when it doesn’t there’s no one there to help you. My emails aren’t coming through, not the first time this has happened. Trying to contact support - message says 3-5 business days to get back to you. Really? Very frustrating as I’m overseas, can’t get eg, my boarding pass or more worryingly, any emails with changes to travel plans, or contact with home (not everyone uses WhatsApp!). I pay for this service so I have continuity, but it doesn’t actually seem to work that way!!

I used Easily for years but since it was bought over a few year ago it has gone downhill big time.
Avoid.
And as to the response below I already responded with the ticket number - yet more prevarication. Still my issue is not resolved!

I got myself into a bit of a muddle with domain and mail package needing to be renewed on successive days. I contacted the support team and Tracy Spencer was on the case! Everything was explained to me and sorted out quickly and efficiently. Holding back one star because I feel that the website could be (much) clearer and easier to use, and I might have been able to sort it out myself.

This is what I expect from Customer Support
My domain had expired and I was not notified of the payment decline as I had not updated my correspondence email address on my account (my own fault). On contacting support via email, the UK team was quick in resolving my issue. This is the sort of customer support I expect from a payed service.

Excellent Customer Support
We were having issues with our previous domain hosting provider so decided to move to Easily. The domains that were being migrated were high traffic so we wanted to limit disruption as much as possible. Tracy S clearly explained the migration process and answered our questions promptly. She made sure that our DNS records were in place before completing the transfers to avoid disruptions. It was a very smooth transition and excellent customer service/support.

Awful customer service, if any at all
Easily no longer have viable customer service. Even if it works, you have to wait 3-5 working days for each reply. How can you have a website down for that long? In my case, I've received no replies at all for over a week. I've been with them for many years and they used to be an excellent company. I'm now trying to move my domains to another company but that is tricky without paying lots of extra money because of the lack of customer service from Easily.
Edit: re their reply below- I have left Easily.co.uk. The time for them to reply was when I was a customer. It’s too late now.

Frustrating, Repetitive, and Unresponsive Support – A 13-Day Wait for a Simple Code
I’ve used Easily for many years as a reseller, but my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. There is now no telephone support, and email replies arrive days late, often without addressing the actual issue.
A client of mine was unable to receive email on any device (PC, iPhone, Tablet) apart from WebMail, which is almost impossible to integrate into other systems. The settings on Easily’s own website did not work. It took over six days to get a reply to my support ticket — and even then, the response simply asked me to confirm ownership of the domain, despite the fact that I had contacted them from the registered account email.
No technical help, no apology, and no progress.
When the client decided to transfer the domain away, I unlocked it and initiated a transfer-out request on October 8th. The system reported an error, which I immediately reported. Instead of resolving it, Easily repeated the same ownership request, already answered multiple times.
It took 13 days to receive the transfer-out code — many days beyond their own stated response window. Their closing line was “We are always here to help.” Sadly, that couldn’t be further from the truth.
Easily’s support now feels automated, disjointed, and unaccountable, with no route to escalate or speak to a human being. I will be moving all remaining domains elsewhere and cannot recommend their services to anyone who values responsiveness, reliability, or professionalism.
