Sorted out my domain name renewal straight away after I realised it had expired. Glad support has returned to the uk 🇬🇧 support is now much better.

Why do they make it impossible to contact them?
I can't believe all the good reviews - how the heck did people manage to contact this company? I desperately need help with my nameserver settings and have repeatedly tried contacting Easily since a week ago, both via their website contact form and also by sending emails - eventually to all 3 of their addresses in the hope that someone somewhere in their company would pick up my message and at least send me an acknowledgement! Absolute silence from them. I also had problems logging in to begin with and clicked on forgotten password more than once. Again, no email - and yes, I checked my junk. Today I found a phone number online purporting to be their customer services. Just got rapid bleeping. Why do they make it impossible to contact them? I'm paying these people money every month and they just seem to have disappeared, leaving me in limbo. Really hoping this review might evoke a response - and meantime, I'm shopping around for a new provider.

Email Issue Resolved
Christopher was very helpful when resolving an email issue, checking & correcting the settings associated with my domain. The issue was finally identified as forwarded emails being returned by Outlook, and forwarding to GMail instead did the trick. Many thanks!

Moving a Domain across Accounts
Needed to move a Domain across from a private account to a club account. Contacted tech support and Gareth Owens set everything up to make the move possible. Kept in regular contact and advised on what to do at each stage. Everything worked perfectly and we now have a club account that can take us forward. Very pleased with the level of support and advice on offer.

For years the support was excellent - now rubbish
For years the support was excellent - you could always speak to someone. Now it is total rubbish since being taken over. Cannot speak to anybody and 1-3 days to reply to emails

Went the extra mile...
I was having big problems with MX record which wasn't compatible with my email host.Christopher McGuiness from the tech team went the extra mile and was really amazing. Totally restored my faith in Easily. Just wished they hadn't removed the phone call option for calling in. Much quicker than writing an email and waiting.

My computer suddenly stopped sending emails
I have been with Easily for a number of years and have used them on a few occasions but not recently.
When I got in touch I found I was put on auto-pilot telling me I would be contacted between 24 to 72 hours
Obviously because of my work that was of little help so emailed again saying I needed help urgently.
Recieved an email again from Easily telling me that my problem would be put through to specialists and they would reply between 3 to 5 days!
Finally got a reply from Easily (email) 30hours later explaining they had checked and there was nothing wrong with emails it was from a third party (Apple)
Sent a long list of what to do’s from someone called Christoper but no solution to receiving emails.( could use webmail)
My son came to help and sorted computer and emails in 15mins
I don’t like dealing with auto-pilot replies - was never like that when I started with Easily UK

Been with these guys for a long time now. My IT needs are sometimes complicated, however they always seem to deliver on the service side. Support team knows what they re doing and can find a solution around problems.

I've got history with Easily, mostly positive.
Easily are a great company to deal with. I couldn't give them 5 because sometimes they align the most obvious links and actions in places which are not so obvious and assume it's a natural sequence to execute. On the whole, once you contact the support staff they respond quickly, helpfully and issues get resolved.
