Sorted out my domain name renewal straight away after I realised it had expired. Glad support has returned to the uk 🇬🇧 support is now much better.

Had a few automated emails saying my domain was expiring, and I couldn't renew online. Contacted support multiple times with various questions. The responses (from Tracy) were amazingly quick and helpful. Great interactions. This is what Great Customer Service looks like. Thanks Easily.

(Resolved) The domain portal is broken - AVOID
The domain portal is broken, you can't remove defunct nameservers without it erroring. Sent an email to support@, twelve days ago, no reply. Avoid.
Updating this review to three stars, because while it was fixed, didn't receive a reply via email to either email addresses - and there is no excuse for the DNS portal to be broken.

Quick and helpful support
Really helpful and rapid support service after what used to be a very easy process until the portal changed. Still not that easy to navigate but it's not my specialist subject so the quick support has been very useful. I forgot my passwords but was guided through the reset process and back in action. Absolutely shocking company
Absolutely shocking company. Used them for years and now there is no contact telephone number. My account has been compromised and I need to secure it, but their password reset function does not work and their automated email response says they will come back to me in 3-5 working days. Not good enough.

I have used Easily for many years, but recently forgot all my login details. I had a few logins for different domains.
I have to say, that Ryan on the support desk came to my rescue. Nothing was too much trouble and once security checks were confirmed, he sorted out all my issues.

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years…
I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and have only once been disappointed in the service. easily, without informing me, stopped retaining email beyond 50MB. I only found out when trying to rebuild my mail locally. When I contacted them I was told I hadn’t paid for retention. However, when I first contracted the service, full mail retention was free and when charging had been introduced, they had not contacted me. That was very poor.

I have been a customer for 18 years
I have been a customer for 18 years. In that time have only contacted Easily maybe 6/7 times, at most, simply because their hosting activities run very smoothly and this is despite several changes of ownership.
A fault was reported in an email alias by one of our members. I failed to log-in so I contacted the Helpdesk getting a reply from Christopher McGuiness within the hour.
He asked for Profile details and found a variation which he corrected immediately.
I have logged in, checked email aliases though I couldn't find a fault!
Everything now seems to be working well.
Well done Easily for such a prompt response. No wonder I have selected your Hosting for such a long time.

Exceeded expectations
I had an issue with not receiving emails to my domain address as my credit card had expired and the account had not auto renewed. Easily quickly restored my account without waiting for payment.
The service exceeded my expectations. My account was renewed quickly, communication from Easily staff was excellent. Could not have been better. Many Thanks

No way to transfer out domain
I've been with Easily for years and never had any problems with them.
But recently, my main domain has been having daily IP address changes, sometimes multiple times daily, so I decided to transfer it to my main host.
I've emailed Easily support twice now to get the IPS tag changed so that I can transfer the domain. No reply, no action taken.
There is no number to call. I can't find any way of raising a ticket. The only way to contact support that I can see is the email address I've already emailed twice.
How you can have an online company like this with no way to raise a ticket and no active support service is beyond me. Easily used to have a good reputation years ago when I joined them for my domains, I can't see how that's justified now.
I feel my domain is being held hostage, with no way to transfer it out, and this is a site I've been running for over 20 years.
