Toppers! Dit is zo handig! Er komt zoveel op je af als je gaat verhuizen. En daar zijn ineens deze helden… voordat ik ging denken wat is moest gaan regelen waren ze me voor.
Alles heel snel, duidelijk, transparant en goed geregeld. Dat geeft echt rust kan ik je melden.

I ordered a SIM card via the app and made a mistake as my phone won’t accept a physical SIM card. Their customer support was awesome — both via a direct phone call and also via email. They helped me cancel the order without any issues.

Seemed to very easily get things set up, but there could be a bit more follow-up and explanation, as to what was requested.

Also the slightly aggressive prompting for feedback detracts from the experience.

Het is fantastisch dat je bij 1 bedrijf je energiecontracten, mobiele telefonie, internet en verzekeringen kunt afsluiten!

werdt wel goed begeleid door het process alleen halverwege moest ik zelf contact opnemen met mij elektra aanbieder omdat hun mijn e-mail nodig hadden dus ik heb het zelf gedaan verder was het best lastig om hun te bellen aangezien ik 5 keer op 1 dag minstens 10 min in de wacht stond maar voor de rest is alles vloeiend verlopen en ben ik tevreden met de optie de hun voor mij hebben gekozen die ook nog eens betaalbaar zijn

Snel en efficient geholpen door easy nuts. een telefoontje en internet electriciteit water en stadsverwarming zijn geregeld

We were told that KPN did not service our area (they actually do) and that Ziggo was our best option. Ziggo does not provide internet to our location. I had to go myself to the KPN store to get internet set up. I am unsure if the agent was not knowledgeable or if there is a specific contract with Ziggo. I want to cancel my Ziggo service within the 14 day cooling off period but Ziggo makes it extremely difficult and I have not been able to reach the Easy Nuts agent.
