Everything went very well. I was contacted almost immediately and everything was taken care in couple phone meetings.

Overall, the company was easy to work with. Their emails were straightforward and clear, and although they were suggested by an agent, we never felt obliged to use their services. Unfortunately, the contract PDF was only available in Dutch, which caused a bit of confusion about which products were included or excluded. However, this was quickly resolved through easy, friendly, and helpful email communication.

Ik was een abbonement verkocht met net beheer kosten van 300,08 per jaar. Toen ik de daadwerkelijke tarieven van de energiemaatschappij kreeg besloot ik te controleren. Hier zag ik dat de daadwerkelijke kosten 475 gingen bedragen. Ronduit oplichting.

Blijkbaar gaat er ook wat mis binnen de interne communicatie. Ik heb namelijk destijds telefonisch contact gehad waarna er aangegeven werd dat dit een fout was en de prijzen niet ge-update waren ten opzicht van het afgelopen jaar. Zelfs bij het stuk zelfverdediging wordt er dus gelogen.

It's quite easy to contact the company, and they plan everything for you; you don't have to do anything, just provide them with your details and they send you a quote with all the information.

They were helpful, and were able to assist me during my move from US to The Netherlands

They were very reactive with my request and provided a new offer once I challenged them. They were kind and polite to book successfully my internet and mobile contract. The negative point is that they created a lot of confusion with my mobile contract. Instead of sending the original letter to me, they send their own version on which my phone number was incorrect as well as the instructions to activate the SIM card. There was no need to do that.
