First and LAST time using this platform.
This is my first time using the platform, and it'll be my LAST time using it. The website was wonky and I kept having to re-enter my parcel details over and over, and when I eventually submitted the order, I realised I had to change the collection date and cancelled it. For some reason, this information wasn't conveyed to FedEx, and they still came by for collection. After that, I needed help with something, so I contacted the customer support and even called them for help. No reply until I have already sent the parcel in, which was a week later, by the way. Then, on the actual date of collection, everything went well but after my friend received my parcel in the US, there was a weight discrepancy, claiming my parcel was 4.3kg rather than 0.95kg, which I weighed and confirmed before sending it out, and asked for an additional $55.10 to cover the extra weight. I tried to report the discrepancy via the EasyParcel website, but they just replied me with "Please understand that this weight discrepancy wasn't from our end, but the courier's end." Then asked me to resend them everything I had already provided? The next day I woke up to an SMS text message telling me $60.06 has been charged to my card, and obviously I was furious but can't do anything else about it. All in all, I will never use this disgusting money-minded platform again.
Been using for years
Been using for years. It was fine initially with minimal hiccups, except for international services. But lately it’s all gone down hill. Many parcels have gone missing and CS isn’t providing a proper answer, I’ve been waiting for months and had to pay out of pocket to my clients for all missing parcels. They were all reprinted to send to wrong addresses as can be seen in the proof of delivery, but CS keeps giving nonsensical replies as if the delivery is correctly done. Also courier companies keep showing up to my doorstep to pick up non existent parcels almost daily now. There’s a huge problem in the system clearly and I’d highly recommend staying AWAY from this platform if you don’t wanna go bankrupt.

Their customer service is hands down the worst I have ever encountered — unreliable, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.
Zero accountability: They do not reply to emails promptly, and when they do, it is the same copy-paste response over and over again. I had a parcel to the US stuck for more than two months while every other parcel sent on the same day was delivered without issue. Despite chasing them constantly for over a month, all they could say was: “we are waiting for update.” That is not customer service — that is avoidance.
Passing the buck: Instead of taking responsibility, they simply push all blame to their logistics partners. No effort to chase updates, no solutions, just endless waiting. Customers are left in the dark with zero follow-up.
Quick to charge, slow to help: The only time they respond quickly is when there are extra charges involved. Suddenly they can get back immediately when it’s about money, but when it’s about missing or delayed parcels, they drag their feet and do nothing.
Unfair and one-sided practices: They demand that senders provide photos of every parcel with dimensions, tracking numbers, and weights as “proof” for disputes — something they never once mentioned upfront. And when customers ask them for proof from their partners, all they provide are vague measurements with no photos. If they themselves cannot produce proper evidence, why are customers being unfairly penalised and forced to do extra documentation just to protect themselves?
The reality is this:
If you use this company, be prepared to be overcharged, ignored when issues arise, and forced to document every single parcel yourself just to avoid being billed unfairly. Their system is set up to protect themselves and their partners, not the customer.
This company has proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. I cannot emphasise enough — do not put your business at risk with them.
One of the worst platform to use
One of the worst platform to use. Use it at your own risk. They have bad AI support, even actual human support don't fully understand what you say even after detailed explanation. Parcel pickup with comments are useless as well, since the parcel company does follow them for some reason. My first parcel pick up was local and it did not pick up my parcel for few days as they didn't read my comment or EasyParcel might have not relay my comment to them. Even if I am at home they never bother to know the door, and EasyParcel support will never do anything.
I used Easyship it was slightly more expensive. But they provide better communication and everything has been smooth.
In summary I will never recommend EasyParcel.
Zero customer service
Zero customer service. A parcel is lost and the only way to file a claim is through easy parcel not through the actual courier company. Five months went by and zero update despite multiple email follow ups from me. Easy parcel replied fast but kept repeating that they were checking with courier company. The ETA for claim response is stated as 28 days on their website. Avoid this company at all cost.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using EasyParcel. A parcel (Tracking No: QSP204514333) was marked as “Delivered” on 16 April 2025 at 7:48 PM, but I never received it.
The delivery record falsely claimed it was delivered to “Road Empire” with a listed phone number that turned out to be invalid — the person had no idea what I was talking about. There was also no Proof of Delivery (no photo, no signature, no address confirmation) provided.
I’ve contacted both EasyParcel and the delivery partner (TracX Logis), but so far, there has been no proper response or resolution. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with time-sensitive or valuable deliveries.
I expected more from a platform that promises reliable logistics. Unless EasyParcel addresses this issue seriously and improves accountability for failed deliveries, I cannot recommend using their service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by EasyParcel. I entrusted them with delivering an item to my customer, which was carefully bubble-wrapped with multiple layers to ensure its safety. However, the item arrived damaged, and it was evident that it had been mishandled, as it was thrown on the floor instead of being delivered properly.
When I reached out to EasyParcel for compensation, they refused, claiming that the packaging was not up to professional standards. This is unacceptable, especially since I took extra precautions to protect the item. Their lack of accountability and poor handling of the situation has left me frustrated and dissatisfied.
I would not recommend EasyParcel to anyone looking for reliable and professional courier services. Their customer service is unhelpful, and their handling of parcels is careless. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reputable courier service.
Very poor customer experience!
Very poor customer experience, have lost several of my parcels, shipments have been delayed by up to 10 weeks to the US when their website states they ship there in 8 days, and they have no clue where the parcels are and cannot provide me with correct tracking. They use QXpress who are the WORST, and I have had so many issues. I am now so fed up of trying to use this company, looking at other options. Avoid unless you want CONSTANT headaches, things are not right behind the scenes. DO NOT USE.
Irresponsible attitude
When deliveries goes well, everything is well. When issue arises, you can be sure they push it away. Horrible attitude and refuse to resolve the issue. Keep saying that they are waiting for the delivery company for a reply. Hey, its more than a week and you can't get hold of your delivery company?
Avoid the trap
Easyparcel failed to deliver my parcels and refuse a refund. When I checked with them they say I must reply by the same day 6pm whether to return the parcels at my own cost, or they will dispose my parcels!
When contacted, Easyparcel initially tried to push the responsibility to me, then later keep pushing to the delivery company. As if they don’t have any responsibility at all.
It is later found that the delivery has stopped due to an outdated information, in which they thought the item I sent is prohibited by custom. In actual fact it is not.
Already paid the full amount. Despite not providing the delivery service by mistake, Easyparcel has refused any refund.
This is not a one-off incident because 8 out of 10 of my parcel deliveries are either missed pick up (despite chasing them everyday up to a week for the pick up!!!), untraceable, or super late delivery with no reasons given. They just give you copy pasted replies, and push every little responsibility to they so-called suppliers, which is non of my business as a customer of Easyparcel.
If anyone wants an example of copy paste answers, just look at how they reply the reviews here…
Requested for refund of my credits with them as it is so difficult to send anything. As usual, I got a standard copy paste reply that refund is not possible.

Terrible service, misses collection appointments 8/10 times and and 5/10 times for the second pick up. No service recovery or compensations. Terrible!

The worst shipping company in Singapore. Make multiple unauthorized transactions when I the transactions have already been completed. Please use Justship or Easy2ship by singpost instead.
EasyParcel platform is good BUT terrible suppliers
To be fair, EasyParcel Customer Service is very GOOD and they kept follow up and follow through my case.
BUT their suppliers SUCKSSS, my parcel was collected in mid-Nov and wasn't delivered in next 3-5 days. Then I kept chasing for an update and finally they returned the parcel to me after 10 weeks. It was a waste of time and effort
Horrible
Horrible! Shipment between Johor Bharu to Manila took17+ days, one week of which is sitting in the office in Manila. They claim to try to contact and deliver, but no one called and they didn't make an attempt to deliver. They send messages and ignore the responses with delivery instructions. Then they send out messages claiming you weren't home or didn't answer the phone bla bla bla. If you want to save money, I guess it works, but if you actually need your package delivered - call Fedex or DHL. Don't ship anything of value or time sensitive with this company, it will only end in tears.
No.1 Unprofessional
They are probably the most unprofessional of all delivery providers at the moment. They will not pickup your parcels on time. They will NOT call you to check if you are in for parcel collection either. Worst of all, they will LIE about pickups and NOT inform in your tracking that they had failed pickups. PLUS they do not have foot notes on how to ensure your parcel gets collected, or want to be received. Lastly, they have the AUDACITY to ask you to cancel and refund because they can't and will not fulfill your PAID delivery requests. Just close down please.
Booked a QExpress pickup via EasyParcel…
Booked a QExpress pickup via EasyParcel last Wed and the available date of pickup is Friday. No turn up by QExpress on Friday. On Monday, called QExpress and they claimed they aren't able to complete the pickup as no one was around on Sat when they came which was a lie coz no one came to pickup. Contacted Easyparcel for assistance and they could only send reminder for the courier to pickup again on Tue. Again on Tue, there's no pickup.
Is like a scam
Returned a pair of shoes to seller and I uses Easyparcel. It was about $56 cost to ship back to USA. This was done in Oct 22. When I login in Apr 23, I was surprised that the system indicate that there is discrepancy in weight. The weight I indicated is 1.5kg (a pair of shoes) and Easyparcel said is 3kg. Therefore, the total cost is $95 and I still owed them $39. Worst thing is customer service is useless, ask you to fill up form in a link. the form insist that you must have pictures of your parcel on a weighing scale to show is 1.5kg and the dimension. How ridiculous is this? How can a pair of shoes be 3kg? And they just insisted and ask you to pay more! Is like a scam!

I am very disappointed with the ways they handle my parcels. I had booked for 2 parcels under 2 tracking number to the same address & same receiver on 7.2.2023. End up 1 parcel had delivered and 1 parcel still did not send, the reason given is same tracking number had been used. I had attached photo with clearly stated is different tracking number. But they still want me to rebook and pay again. But why I need to pay for the mistake made by the courier company, and your customer service is threatening me that if I do not rebook it, your end will dispose my item. It is very ridiculous and unfair in which I have to pay for the mistakes that courier made. Your only gave me one day to action, but I had given your all 20 days to check, do you think is fair to me, None of CS call me regarding this matter. I had wrote many emails to them and still unable to solve!!!!
