Had a great experience today very professional guys .friendly and helpful .they managed to pack all my awkward stuff 4ft giraffe head .front of a mini car which is a sofa .an old iron bath which is very heavy it's also a sofa .they didn't moan just got on with the job .Will see them at my new house in a couple of weeks .thanks so much .really taken the hassle out if moving for me .I've had neck and back surgery and would never have been able to move myself .I've only little legs .so driving a van and lifting would have been too much for me .

Button Pushing Skills
Overall booking and accessing the storage container was a very easy process.
I experienced a slight technical issue when signing the online contract. However, Cheong quickly contacted me and the issue was resolved. He also politely explained how to access the container and about pushing the button on the padlock.
I called him back when I was trying to open the padlock. He once again politely explained how to push the button. Once I'd mastered this skill* I've been able to access my storage easily.
5 star review, because it was easy to book, easy to find, easy to access, and great customer service.
*Please don't mock my button pushing skills until you've pushed the button. 😉

Excellent Experience with EasyStore Leigh-on-Sea
I had a very good experience with EasyStore Leigh-on-Sea. I booked a container unit because I needed to move my office staff before my rental agreement at the previous place had finished. The whole arrangement was handled very smoothly and professionally.
The management was very friendly and supportive, making the process stress-free. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mohomed for his kind help and excellent assistance throughout — he went above and beyond to make everything easy for me.
I highly recommend EasyStore Leigh-on-Sea for anyone looking for storage. Very good service, well-managed facility, and a fair price.

Never again
I ordered for a collection service over the phone and was told that our belongings would be taken to the storage facility in Pelham. The collection itself was straightforward. However, since then it's been awful. Firstly I was double charged. I was told this would be refunded or put on to credit. This has never happened. I then requested access to collect our belongings were 132 miles away from where we ordered, and were in Newhaven instead. After googling it turns out Stocking Pelham only offers their drop and collect service so I have no idea why this was originally sold to me or why my belongings have ended up elsewhere. After 3 phone calls, countless infuriating conversations with their telephone bot Eve, I'm no further forward in resolving the situation and am therefore still being charged when all I want is my belongings back. They're invoices and online account are rubbish as neither confirms where the storage location is as proof of order location requested.
