I will never recommend Eazi to anyone
I will never recommend Eazi to anyone, my experience with Francesca was atrocious. I felt after I signed the Offer to purchase, that her "friendliness" immediately disappeared, which made me questioned her character.
She never ones communicated to me that their is a delay with the sellers to move by a month, then it was a few days, on the day it was hours. When I followed up on the day, she said I can go to the house, she have to go and prepare dinner, had the seller handed over the keys to me. Its been over a week, not one follow up message. DO BETTER NEXT TIME WITH CLIENTS FRANCESCA!! It is not just a sale, its a life changing experience for people. I have worked with a few agents before in buying and selling other properties, never had such a horrible experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely regret that the handover process did not meet your expectations.
We understand your frustration and would like to clarify the sequence of events leading up to the negative review you have shared. Our communication records, provided by Francesca - including WhatsApp conversations, call logs and email correspondence, reflect constant communication with both yourself and the seller throughout the process as well as regular updates from the attorneys regarding the delays leading up to the transfer. On the day of handover Francesca continued to keep both parties informed of the delays which were caused by factors beyond our control, including the seller's late departure from the property.
Francesca ensured to confirm multiple times that the seller would be handing over the keys due to the late hour and this arrangement was acknowledged by both parties. Unfortunately the sellers ran significantly behind schedule, which led to a late handover. Despite this, Francesca continued to check in, ask for updates and offer assistance. She also offered to come to the property despite the late hour but did not receive a response.
We recognise that buying a home is a major milestone and we regret that these unforeseen delays have caused frustration, however Francesca did everything possible to facilitate a smooth handover under circumstances out of our control.We hope you enjoy your new home from here on out and we look forward to working towards ensuring a better experience for you in the future.

The agent who assisted me with the selling of my property was Charmaine Isaacs. From day one, the level of professionalism was apparent, and there was true “heart” in the assistance I received. Charmaine guided me through the entire process and facilitated each and every viewing without any assistance from me. She has a “can do attitude”, and kept her word at all times, communicating progress throughout the process. She is the personification of human kindness and was phenomenal at her job. It wasn’t just about selling a house, but really pouring herself into the process to line up buyers to get my property sold, true effort and grit; Charmaine is so well suited to this profession. I would recommend Eazi to any prospective buyer or seller, by far the most phenomenal service from an Estate Agency I have ever received, and I have dealt with others, but Eazi will remain my choice should I ever require their services in the future.
