The workmanship was first class, as are the products Eco Installations supplied.

Sadly I’m not allowed to add videos and pictures of the mess my windows were left in , but I’ve left comments on their Facebook with a few pictures and videos doesn’t even deserve 1 star but the is minimum is 1 .. disappointed in the fact they said to us it wasn’t going to be subtracted when it was, “John” is all over the Facebook page and should of come out to see the state the windows were left in and they should be checking each and every window they installed - as I bought the windows from them and not the third party… up date to follow..
UP DATE…… I now have 2 of most the most beautiful windows.. with which I’m delighted with …. Dimitri came took windows out and fixed everything! I’ve had so many compliments about the windows .. The CEO came out and spoke too me .. sadly it wasn’t a good experience… but the lady in the office was amazing and so were the other staff I met …

Its the first time we have been in the market for a new door. The process has been really straightforward.

We received a home visit explaining the options we had and then once an order was placed a visit was placed to measure the size of the door before installation earlier today.

I'd like to thank tina for all her help in the process as she has always been, bubbly, cheerful and kept us informed what was going on at every stage of the process. Even on weekends when she should be relaxing.

We wouldn't hesitate in using your company again.

From start to finish the sales man to the fitters all were excellent! After sales staff also very friendly and helpful

We are truly satisfied with Eco Installation Scotland from start to finish. We received a competitive quote for a large and extensive project, and after a three-week waiting period, the installation itself was completed efficiently in just three days.

The installation team went above and beyond, and even the smallest missing parts were addressed promptly. Communication and customer service were first-class throughout.

Thank you so much—we highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for future solar panel plans.

The contact between Tina and myself has been excellent at each step of the way. Installation was completed to a high standard and the fitter was friendly. The cost was the best out of all the quotes I had.
