Most of mainland UK qualifies for free next-working-day delivery, and our team is on hand from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, for anything from order tracking to advice on the right fuel for your stove, burner or barbecue.

Delivery was fast, products were great. Heads up on plastic bag that pellets were in, it had split in transit so quite a few had spilled out in the box.
