After care service is shocking
I was called to have a follow up inspection for work done..that’s a whole other episode…
They didn’t turn up. A day out of my life for nothing..
A further phone conversation to re book another visit to inspect work…I say this lightly.
And guess what!!!another fail to show..
Just another government funded make money don’t worry about the end product scheme.
I’m sure there is better out there.

Installed my Worcester gas boiler within 2 days of the survey.
Professional and helpful engineers.
It was all free under the Eco Grant Scheme.
Just give them a call.

From start to finish, it was a very quick turnaround with updates to reassure me of the works being carried out. The team encountered a couple of issues but stayed into the late hours to fix the problem on the same day. Overall very happy with the job and thanks to Laiba for keeping me in the loop!

Really impressed, and so very grateful to this company for the services they provided me.
The property I live in had no central heating and was very cold. We were using plug in electric radiators to try and keep warm. Huge thanks to Laiba, who helped me get all the necessary paperwork together, and reassuring me how the work would be done.
The teams that arrived were absolutely incredible. Loft installation was in before I knew it.
The gas central heating was also installed in 2 days. They worked out how to install all the radiators and boiler with minimal disruption. Very neat job. The house is nice and warm now which makes such a difference to my health. Highly recommended team.

Aboustlty outstanding service from the start they are also very fast at getting you work done to high standards very neat and tidy pipe work and radiators are all central to the windows and level I'm very happy with my new heating system and would recommend this service the had the whole house fitted out with boiler and radiators and up running in 10 hrs very impressed

I recently applied for a replacement boiler through the eci4 scheme. The whole process took just 3 weeks. First one of the team came and completed a survey, he was very good and the survey only took around 30 minutes. The very next day the team contacted me to arrange the install at a convenient time. The installation went extremely well the team was efficient and extremely tidy. The team were so polite and helpful. Everything was done to a very high standard. We now have a lovely warm home. The registration & eligibility process was made simple. The admin staff were friendly and efficient. Snow delayed the work but we were kept informed throughout. The men doing the work were hardworking, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with eco energy services and would highly recommend.

From the time I was recommended to them, a surveyor came round and a few days later beautiful new boiler. Really happy with service and the fitters were friendly, professional and worked really hard. So thank you so much, I can’t fault anything. I’d recommend anytime and already have.

I’m still in shock with how quick this service was. I enquired about a new boiler on a Wednesday, and I had a new boiler fitted by Saturday afternoon. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. Would 100% recommend.

I had an excellent experience with the boiler installation. The installers completed the job in just one day. Previously, I struggled with water pressure using my old boiler system, but since the new combi boiler was installed, my hot water pressure has been amazing. The installers were very professional and friendly; they left my house clean and didn't leave any mess behind. Additionally, communication with customer service was great. I would also like to mention that the surveyor, Asad, was very helpful throughout the entire process.
