My experience was excellent everyone from my initial phone call through to the gentleman who carried out the survey in my property who was pleasant and explained any concerns that we had he was extremely helpful and respectful at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone who may require it.

They quick, efficient and on time

Recently had a new boiler installed under the Eco4 scheme. The installers worked quickly and efficiently. So far so good. My Home is now more energy efficient and the water pressure is much more powerful.

The installation went smoothly today, very polite workmen who completed the whole job in one go. Great job, thank you so much 😊

I had called Eco Energy Services and spoke to Shubham wanted to find out about the grant process application l called on the 23rd of December they sent thier surveyor on the 24th of December and the 7th of January 2025 my new combi boiler and new radiators had been installed, they were fast , efficient, friendly and kept me updated from start to finish l had electric heating and a old water tank they replaced it all and l could not be happier my old electric heating never made my home warm had to leave it on the whole day, now with my new combi boiler and heating my house now feels like a a warm and cosy home
Would l recommend them to anyone thinking of getting the job done my answer is YES ..l would definitely recomend them infact l have already recommended 2 orther families to them and they are already having the process done, one of them are actually having thier boiler replaced by Eco Energy Services tomorrow

Whilst the work was done very quickly, in fact within 2 weeks in applying for the grant. I did find that the person that did the survey did not ask me any questions about placement of the boiler and radiators.
The team that fitted the system were quick, polite and knew what they were doing. The had a kept the front door open everytime they went to the van.which was annoying and very cold. They were mindful of my 2 indoor cats.
The system they fitted is working well and I am able to control it manually easily.

They turned up to perform a survey for my I'll, very elderly mother who currently has a broken boiler and therefore, no heating in the house. She is in receipt of pension credit, disabled with specific illnesses. They carried out the survey and insisted that the kitchen was an extension but it is a conversion within the original property. She has been told she is not eligible for the grant as her home is considered energy efficient. Double glazed, insulated and has a condenser boiler. How can a home be energy efficient if the boiler is broken and cannot be repaired because the parts for the boiler are no longer obtainable. It is between 7 and 15 years old. I have researched this and from what I have read She is eligible and meets all the criteria. So thanks to having to wait for them to come and do the survey and wait for the reply my mum is still without heat in her home and we are having to start again. Would not recommend this company. The representative who turned up at the property also introduced himself as Ali Boiler. VERY PROFESSIONAL. I think NOT. He was more interested in getting us to refer others for surveys. Very dubious company

We put the application in to see if we were eligible for the boiler grant and within 10 mins had a phone call to book in for the surveyor to come out the following day. Two days later the team came out and worked all day to install the new boiler and new valves on the radiators. The whole process was so impressive! We would highly recommend this company to anyone that can benefit from this scheme. Thank you.

AVOID! Had a guy alled Alex Voss (Indian accent) seems he is a regular on this page... Contacted me asking me to change my Banks details, very suspect and ABSOLUTELY NOT. This company seems like they are poaching grants on the sly from other companies. I have informed them that I will not be using them as they are not the company I originally applied for the grant through. I have forwarded the entire email trail to the company I originally went with and also the surveyor that attended my property. How did these people obtain my information? It appears on reading here they have done this before to other people. Im not at all happy how this company acquired my details and tried to get me to change my bank details. Their responses to people seem generic and claiming customers might be confused. I'm definitely not confused, I know what I was asked to do. Be warned.

The service received was excellent. The staff were professional very friendly and very helpful. The quality of the work was outstanding. They explained everything in detail and were well on time and did a great job.

Whilst the installation of the loft insulation went ahead smoothly & quite quickly, I felt there could have been more verbal communication from the workers who attended my home. I was not told about or left with any paperwork confirming the job was completed & I was not told that the paperwork had been left in the loft. As I am a disabled person I had to get someone else to go into my loft today to check the work was satisfactory & it was then I was shown the paperwork from the company. I needed this to update the EPC rating for my property on the Government website.

Things didn't really go well from the start survey booked between 10-12 arrived at 13:20 on Tuesday Friday had call to say he had forgotten to take a picture of the boiler so we took it for him and sent it on, had been told that the boiler could be fitted on the Friday this was the end of October, since then the communications started to stop and I had been chasing it up with differing excuses mainly blaming the goverment departments. This week like another reviewer I had been dealing with Alex Voss claiming to be the Manager said that every day they discuss outstanding cases and would get back in touch by 2 pm the following day again no call but just more excuses, unfortunatly there was inconsistancies in what i had been told on different occasions, however the owners are A Robert Edwards one day and an Alistair Wilson the next when caught out the phone was put down and my calls would not be answered.The actual owner according to Companies house are Eco Energy Services EEC ltd (not connected to Eco energy services based in Frodsham Cheshire) Mohammad Umar Ali, Albion House, Albion Close, Slough,SL2 5DT, it appears that the address of 124 City Road London EC1V 2NZ isused by multiple buisnesses.I can only give my experience but have not been impressed.
