The guys turned up and carried out the work , they were very polite and they left the work area very clean , after drilling the access holes , they filled them in and to be fair you can't tell where they drilled the holes , i'm hoping we get the benefit this winter , thanks guys

Eco Home UK was recommended to us and they have been excellent. They arrived to insulate and board our loft, they were on time and completed the work on time. There were a couple of snagging issues which they sorted out within 2 days of contacting them. I highly recommend them for future work.

Eco Home was a good choice for cavity wall installation. They were good enough to provide two onsite appointments to cover all my queries, and the installation was effectively done on the agreed date

Very easy to book, but had appointments changed frequently. Office was very accommodating though and polite. Initial examination of building was quick and professionally done. Cavity insulation done professionally and the guys tidied up after too. Work done in under 2 hours for a 3 bed Semi. Well recommended.

Great service from the start. Initial surveyor turned up, very knowledgeable chap, no cheap salesmanship, upfront and honest.

Day of install, chap turns up early. Again a top bloke, knew his stuff. Installed loft insulation and boarded on stilts. Not quite boarded the area paid for. However, one call to eco and they deducted this off the final bill. So no issue.

We asked Ecohome UK to bring the insulation in our loft up to standard and board where necessary. There was initially a misunderstanding in respect of the installation date having been communicated to us but was quickly resolved. The installers arrived promptly at the expected time and completed the job effectively and in the expected time. They were always polite and cleaned up after they had finished. However once they had gone we noticed that there was condensation appearing in the loft. We contacted them again and someone came round the same day to inspect the installation and advise on a solution. The problem was rectified a few days later and we have had no problems since. On the whole a very satisfactory job.

Contract was for cavity wall insulation and insulation of a suspended wooden floor.

Arrangements for the work to be carried out were prompt and occurred as programed - satisfactory communications. No issue with the team that carried out the cavity wall insulation however, the same could not be said for the underfloor insulation. I checked the work and was concerned that it have not been done correctly - it appeared that areas had been missed.
A surveyor from Eco H visited a couple of days later and agreed the work was not to specification- the work was rescheduled for a couple of weeks later and was carried out to a good standard requiring an additional day disruption to our lives. I advise anyone having this kind of work carried out to insist on a photo record of the installation process (whomever the contractor might be).

To be fair, ECO homes made good the poor work without issue however, that does not detract from the lack of professionalism of some of their staff or for the additional disruption I incurred.

Great service from start to finish, Honest, informative and efficient, went out of their way to help, Have recommended to friends and family. Looking forward to working with them again for air source heating.

I was happy with the initial process, the company contacted me and arranged a surveyor who checked cavity wall insulation and loft insulation. Based on the recommendations we decided to have loft insulation installed. We don't qualify for any grants, this was all funded from our own pocket. Initial payment made on 7th May, original installation booked for 2nd June didn't go ahead due to Covid positive test of one of the installers. Between 2nd June and 16th June there was no further communication on installation date so I contacted EcoHomesUk to cancel the installation and requested a refund. I never received any details of terms and conditions nor any other information of what type/brand, composition of the insulation that was going to be installed. Whilst there are many gleaming reports about this company on this site, I cannot say we had a positive experience. Cancellation has incurred £65 charge + £49 inspection fee. Beware of additional costs!

Staff were very prompt and very knowledgeable. Completed a full survey of the house and explained the process with even a video on the products used.
Looking forward to making savings on fuel bills and a replacement boiler to replace my 30 year old one. Very happy.

surveyor was open and honest, Couldn't be more helpful and I had my install date in 2-3 weeks for cavity wall installation. unfortunately due to covid it had to be postponed, but that out of there hands. If your looking for an efficient, honest and friendly company look no further.

Cheers for cavity wall & boiler at my new properties, was unsure if I would qualify being a landlord. Feel a lot warmer around the house now, thanks again 👍
