I was struggling to decide on a piece for my sisters 50th birthday and I messaged a number of times regarding my concerns. I was always met with understanding and guidance and the desire to help me. I ended up ordering a piece I was completely happy with after tweaking the order and I now love the piece I ordered and I would recommend this brand for their customer care and personal attention as well as the quality of the product! I’ll be back for more pieces!! Thank you for all your help! ❤️

Terrible Quality, No Accountability from Customer Love Team
I purchased a Paperclip Chain Necklace in Gold for $104. Within five months, and after wearing it only 2-3 times, the gold plating had completely failed. It had worn through to the base metal, discolored, and turned iridescent/rainbow in spots. This was not surface tarnish. The plating had physically worn away.
I contacted the company with photos. After multiple exchanges with their "Customer Love Team," I was told this was normal oxidation, offered cleaning tips involving a toothbrush, and then offered store credit, which I declined, as this was my very first purchase from them and I had no desire to buy from them again.
When they finally agreed to a refund, I was informed a £30 return fee would be deducted from my $104 refund and I would have to pay my own international return shipping.
The scripted responses, the blame shifting, and the £30 sting at the finish line were all deeply disappointing. Looking at other reviews here, I can see I am far from alone in this experience.
Save yourself the trouble. A $104 necklace worn twice should not fall apart, and a company that stands behind their products shouldn't need a "Customer Love Team" to explain why they don't.

Won’t be shopping here again after recent experiences. The quality of items is not what you would expect given the price. I was gifted a necklace by my grandmother which is now not fit for its purpose. I have expressed my frustration to the customer service team who have classed the damage as ‘wear and tear’. I think it’s ridiculous that an item of jewellery now isn’t expected to last longer than a few years and when it has been looked after and does break, the customer is blamed.

I completely appreciate how upsetting this must feel, especially given the sentimental value of the piece. I can see our team has been in touch and, as the item is 2 years outside of our two-year warranty period, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a complimentary replacement in this case.
That said, I can see a discounted replacement option has already been offered as a gesture of goodwill.
We also really appreciate you sharing your comments regarding quality and longevity, and I will ensure this is passed on to our product team for review.

It arrived with a symbol engraved on the back instead.
As it has been engraved, even though incorrectly, I can't return it so now the gift has lost it's meaning

So quick and effective fixing my bracelet!
I got gifted a stunning bracelet from my partner which I absolutely love. Unfortunately a chain loop came loose and it broke, however Edge of Ember where nothing but helpful. They immediately sent me a free postage label and got it fixed and delivered back to my house in no time!
During the whole process I was in contact with a lovely lady called Zoe who's communication was excellent the whole way through the service!
Would recommend to anyone!

A colleague/friend in work 60th…
A colleague/friend in work 60th birthday was coming up and I was "fishing" for ideas. She mentioned that she loved 3 stone necklaces and mentioned Edge of Ember. I looked on your site and seen the trinity necklace. I ordered this and was pleasantly surprised (pictures don't do it justice). On ordering I was kept up to date on delivery details. Package arrived well wrapped and on time. Very happy with whole experience.

Necklace replate
I recently contacted Edge of Ember regarding a necklace I have had for coming up 5 years. It had lost its lustre and I wanted to enquire about a replate. Zoe, the customer service agent, could not have been more helpful. I was advised of my options and at no point did I feel under any pressure. Edge of Ember took care of postage, replated my necklace and sent it back promptly.
I am so pleased I have extended the lifespan of my necklace and recommend this service.

High-quality jewellery and EXCELLENT customer service
I initially found EoE from a classic google search when trying to find an initial necklace to represent my daughter. Not only was the shipping swift and secure to the US (and no tariffs or tax!), the necklace was gorgeous and incredibly well-made. I started with the Solid Gold 14k initial necklace and have since purchased 18k pieces and have loved them all - the quality is very high, the prices are reasonable, and the most important part - the customer service is above and beyond. They're incredibly responsive, empathetic, and kind, and I've been very satisfied with all queries and responses. They have gone out of their way to ensure I'm satisfied.
On top of that, it's a legitimate woman-owned company that uses sustainable materials and is near to my heart by being based in London. I genuinely could not ask for more.
I feel valued as a customer and have had a lot of personal follow-ups, which I appreciate immensely. Thanks EoE!

Bought a lovely necklace as a Christmas present for a younger cousin that has been looking to upgrade her jewellery collection. I loved that the tag pendant could be engraved with her initial, a real personalised touch and she was delighted with my choice!

My experience I had has left me feeling really sad
So I ordered some earrings, I loved them but sadly lost one earring and two backs within a couple of days which made me question the quality as I've never lost earrings before or would expect this to happen. Obviously I was really disappointed with this as I'd lost a lot of money but put it down to experience. Then a few days later I received an email from the founder asking if I would give a review, so I emailed back with what had happened and to say that I really couldn't give a good review based on my experience. I then received an email from Customer Service saying they would try to resolve for me, this made me quite happy as I was not expecting a response. I then felt like my integrity was questioned they asked for a picture of the remaining earring which I sent, odd request I thought but I did so. They then came back saying they could only offer me store credit or more earrings but I had to send the remaining earring back. I didn't want anymore earrings due to the quality I had experienced and as I couldn't have a refund I'd have to opt for store credit. Again they came back saying they would only do this on receiving the one earring back. Again I feel they are questioning me, I have a professional job and it is not in my interest at all to be dishonest. All I did was give feedback on my order and I have been made to feel like a bad person. I have decided not to return the earring and just walk away and put this down to a really bad experience.

Our warranty does not cover lost items, but I can see that our customer service team offered you a replacement pair of earrings anyway as a goodwill gesture. When you preferred not to receive a replacement, we offered store credit instead, which was conditional on returning the remaining earring.

Purchased a lovely gold plated wrist bracelet as a Christmas gift. Swift, safe delivery, whilst the bracelet itself was of high quality, which was much appreciated by the recipient. I shall certainly look towards Edge of Ember again for my jewellry gifts online.

Ordered a Christmas present, well in time for Christmas delivery. Received an email 2 days before Christmas to say actually the item was never in stock and therefore won't be arriving. Still awaiting my refund. Would not use again/recommend
