Clearly not on top of things
Ordered 3 items during black Friday week. Five days later got a message one of them is refunded, no apology. Two weeks later still no parcel delivered, instead received another email and another item refunded, no apology, no explanations. Not great a week before Christmas. Is the final item ever going to arrive?

Very poor return experience
Very poor return experience, that is not free at all.
The clothes took over 2.5 weeks to arrive and they are way oversize for 32 waist. They now charge me for returns. Do not recommend at all.

Delivery times can occasionally vary due to carrier and warehouse delays, especially during busy Christmas periods, and we understand how frustrating that can be. Regarding sizing, we do provide a detailed size guide to help customers choose the best fit, but we appreciate that fit can still feel different once tried on.
Our return policy, including any associated costs, is outlined on our website prior to purchase, and return shipping is not covered in certain cases. That said, we genuinely regret that this came as a disappointment to you.

I have been awaiting an exchange for an…
I have been awaiting an exchange for an order I had sent back. Ed hardy team is telling me my order does not exist and customer service is appalling. I have sent plenty of information including Royal Mail tracking, bank transactions emails and order number and still not heard back! I am now out of £100 because they have failed to provide my exchange or refund. I have chased my email for 3 days in a row and still not been given further info I am now just being ignored!

Would rate them 0 stars if I could, ordered 2 things on 27/11/25 and on 9/12/25 my ordered still hadn’t been packed and was cancelled, However I’ve been given absolutely ZERO INFO why it’s been cancelled. Between this time I contacted customer services about updates to my parcel where I received one of the rudest customer service responses I’ve ever seen. If you’re thinking of ordering from here don’t. This company is less use than a chocolate teapot
