Fast del, but pay customs.
Delivery was grand and very fast. Only thing i didn't like is that i wasn't advised that I'd need to pay more for customs.
Also for a beginner like me, it was confusing to see that is a normal printer just used with edible items. The manual and guide of printer is all for normal printing, theres no guide on how to fill cartridges, how to handle edible sheets. Anything related to edible printing. Would be nice to have that guidance as thats what one is buying the printer for, in an edible printers supplies company.

Thank you for your feedback - we're glad to hear our delivery was speedy as always.
Regarding customs fees, unfortunately all overseas customers (including Ireland) are required to pay duties and taxes when importing any goods from the UK. While this is outside of our control, the information is clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions and International Shipping details on our website. We continually work with our shipping partners to keep these costs as low as possible, and our competitive pricing often helps offset them.
Every edible printer kit is supplied with our “Edible Printing – How to Get Started” guide, which contains set-up steps along with tips and tricks. This should be inside your box, but if it was missing, we would have happily sent a replacement if you had reached out. Alongside the guide, we also have a wide range of helpful resources including blogs on our website and step-by-step video tutorials on YouTube.
We’d love the opportunity to restore your confidence in Edible Print Supplies. As you can see from our many 5-star reviews, looking after our customers is at the very heart of what we do.
Warm regards,
Rachel, on behalf of Team EPS 🖨️✨

Edible printer for my cake business
I bought an edible printer for my cake making business. One of the refillable cartridges would not fill properly, and I contacted Anna at Edible Print Supplies. She investigated and found out what the problem was, and she immediately sent out a replacement cartridge and new ink and I got it the very next day. All is now working as it should. I can't fault their customer service with the issue I had.

recognising a full cartridge
I purchased an edible ink printer, directly from you at Cake International, in 2023, I love the product, but I have purchased new cartridges, twice already, but I purchased another set of cartridges and the cleaning supplies, because the only thing I don't like, is that when I refill with the edible inks, supplied by yourselves, the printer does not recognise they've been refilled, is there a reason for this? Everything comes from EPS, I have other cake friends that have had the same problem...

Hi Lesley, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review - we’re really glad to hear you love the product!
We’re sorry to hear you’ve experienced an issue with your printer not recognising the refilled cartridges. This is something our friendly customer service team would be more than happy to help you troubleshoot - please don’t hesitate to get in touch directly so we can walk you through some simple steps that usually resolve this.
Just to clarify, this review invitation was actually sent for the cleaning kit you recently purchased, rather than the cartridges or printer. We can’t find a recent order for edible ink or a printer under your details, so we’re not able to look into this fully without more information.
We always strive to provide the best possible support and stand by the quality of our products - something we’re proud to see reflected in so many of our 5-star reviews. If you give us a call or send us a message, we’ll do everything we can to help get this sorted for you.
