I had an issue which I have been trying to sort out on my own since the beginning of the year however I decided to give Epson a call and see what they could advice.
I talked to Anna and honestly she was really helpful, she gave me all the tips and advices and given that I had tried them her advice was to get a replacement printer head. Honestly since the beginning of the year I couldn't understand why my printer was not printing and I am glad I rang up as they were able to help me straight away.
Thank you so much

Excellent products & service, I am so so happy with my canon edible printer I have had for almost a year & it has been a brilliant addition to my business, I regularly come back to EPS to purchase icing sheets etc & I wouldn't go anywhere else, delivery is always very prompt.

I recently run into an issue with my printer which Anna kindly & promptly run through & few things with me & we found the fix which was really easy I just hadn't got the ink refill sorted correctly. Thanks again!!

What can I say about this wonderful company. Such friendly staff that really do make the effort with customer service. I’ve asked many random questions and they have always been so helpful with their answers. Products are great quality I wouldn’t use anyone else.

The staff are extremely helpful if you have a product query or problem. I love my Canon ix6850 printer, the print quality is excellent for my cake business. Delivery is very quick too.

I contacted EPS for advice on using pre cut edible icing paper.
They went out of their way and sent me really useful info.
I particularly like how they label products that meet new EU requirements.
Top service

Been using this company for years and it has never failed me.

Great service and delivery every time and to show how amazing they are Alex realised I accidentally the incorrect ink cartridges contacted me but when I didn’t get back, took own initiative to investigate my past order cartridges and corrected my error, which saved me big time.

Above and beyond greatful and will recommend every time.

Matt and the team go above and beyond with the level of service they provide. I have had nothing but positive experiences and will continue to purchase from them.

Wow what a product the metallic edible pens ! Level up work on icing and wafer sheets with a magnificent shimmer. So many colours to choose from and double ended ! Amazing

I bought my edible printer from eps about 3 years ago, and have since always bought icing sheets and inks from them - all products have been top quality, and customer service is brilliant. They’re always happy to answer any queries and offer advice about edible printing. Would highly recommend, and wouldn’t go anywhere else for printing supplies 😊

Bought a printer for printing cake toppers in November 2021. It has been brilliant. Had a slight problem refilling the cartridges today so called the company. Had fantastic support which enabled me to fix the issue myself. It would have been very easy to sell me replacement cartridges but the company ethos was clearly customer service before extra sales which was amazing and very refreshing. Would highly recommend.
