DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY. I HAD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH EFG ORDER #75471 I called their customer service dept to cancel the order and they said it can be cancelled I asked if any cancellation fees and they said No so i proceeded to cancellation. Turns out they refuse to refund the full amount witholding close to £160 for cancellation/delivery fee

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with this. Your order cancellation request was made after your order had already been delivered. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, cancellations at this stage are subject to a 25% restocking charge and the recovery of delivery costs incurred (which reflects the industry costs charged to us for palletised delivery) as well as unwrapping and restocking.
The appropriate partial refund has already been processed in line with these terms yesterday. This is also in line with the Distance Selling part of the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We take your comments regarding the phone call very seriously. If you were advised by a staff member that the order could be cancelled at no charge, this would NOT be in line with our procedures. We will attempt to trace the call and identify the staff member who had handled it. To assist us with this investigation, You will need to send us the date and approximate time of the call. If you we’re using a different number than what is on your account, then we will need that too. Should we find that incorrect guidance was provided, we will re-review the charges applied.

Very Poor Customer Service – No Response After Many Requests
I am very disappointed with the customer service at EFG Warehouse. I have contacted them many times requesting a proforma invoice, but they have not responded at all. This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and has caused unnecessary delays. I expected better service and reliability. I hope they improve their response time and customer support in the future.
