For the second time I have had to call several days after I placed my web order before it was processed. Why do I have to keep chasing when order is already placed and paid for? I spoke to customer service to chase order placed on Monday and by Friday she said order was not even on the system. Promised to call back but never did. This is poor and you guys need to improve. It was not like this before.

EFG Wholesale has genuinely become one of my favourite places to go for my Amazon FBA stock. Every visit feels like dropping in on friends — there’s always a warm welcome waiting. Mike, Nathan and the whole team have been brilliant with me from day one. They’re always ready to help, always patient, and you can tell they truly care about the people they work with.

The product range is huge, the prices are spot on, and as someone running an FBA business, it’s such a relief knowing I’m buying from a supplier I can completely trust. The consistency and communication make all the difference.

A special mention has to go to everyone who keeps the place running so smoothly — the forklift drivers who are always quick and careful, the delivery team who somehow stay cheerful no matter how busy it gets, and the lovely till staff who make the checkout feel effortless.

And of course, the wonderful lady in the canteen… she makes the best cup of tea in North London. Little touches like that are what make EFG feel more like a community than just a wholesaler.

Honestly, I couldn’t recommend them more.

I GOT MY DELIVERY BEFORE THE TIME GIVEN TO ME

I find it very easy shopping for items from this wholesaler.

we had are frist delivery today and was well packed no damages and the driver was super helpful

Huriye bayar was great with our query and so was the stock we received well packed well explained and exactly what we asked for no damages or scuffs

I came there personally to register and presented all the necessary documents. I then used the registration number to buy and my shipper took them successfully, later on I bought items online and my shipper was refused pick up until I submitted another email and documents like I’m new.
If I didn’t have my email how was I able to buy and pay online?
About 10 days ago I bought another items and was given a confirmation and order number but up till now I haven’t received invoice.

We have been working with EFG for over 5 years now and we can they have always met our needs without fail! We still continue to work with them because of their excellent service.

Very slow delivery. Almost took them 10 days to deliver. Once the order was delivered, there was a discrepancy in the goods. Short by 5 items!

Was great shopping via the website but it takes a long time for your items to be picked and your invoice sent to you. Especially for us that shop outside the UK.
Some of us work with deadlines as par your customer wanting to know when you will restock a particular item that they urgently need.

Their website is easy to use and very functional if you don't have time to go there in person

I ordered for the first time and everything went perfectly. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and I received my order right on time. The product was well-packaged and exactly as described. I’m very satisfied and will definitely order again. Highly recommended!

WHAT A SHAME !!!....While I appreciate a nearly
£3,000.00 spend on 3 orders ( 73564, 73663 & 73836 ) over a 6 week period with yourselves is not massive, it was certainly enough for you to rectify the problem with order 2 and send me the MISSING lighters ( THAT WE HAD PAID FOR ) and MISSING INVOICE from order 3 .... BUT NO !! .... Despite 3 emails and 2 phone calls to EFG Housewares we have been continually ignored over the last 5 weeks .... It must be nice to be able to treat your customers with such little respect.

UPDATE....
After intervention by Mr Mike Smith this matter has now been RESOLVED to my COMPLETE satisfaction with both missing items sent to me and therefore feel it only fair to upgrade my experience to FOUR stars and THANK YOU !..... Further orders will follow !

Great quality, brilliant service

I genuinely don’t understand the positive reviews. These wholesalers advertise thousands of products on their website, but none are profitable for Amazon sellers. Their prices are basically the same — or even higher — than what’s already on Amazon. If you’re looking to waste your time, this is the place to do it.

They don’t even provide a proper price list. I went through 34 different brands, checking product after product manually, and every single one would result in a loss of around £3 per item once you factor in Amazon fees. That’s not just unprofitable — it’s unsustainable.

I honestly don’t know how they’re running a business if they can’t price for wholesale or understand the needs of online sellers. If you’re considering working with this company for Amazon FBA — don’t. I spent 8 days trying to find just one good deal, and it was a complete waste of time.

Straightforward and easy to deal with. Nice to be able to speak too someone on the phone too.
