I have organized 3 EF-led tours. I love working with this company - great communication, and they always solve even the minor issues promptly and to my satisfaction. They are also willing to make changes, add days, and customize the tour to fit my needs and the needs of my students. The rooms are clean, quiet, and conveniently located. The busses are clean, and the drivers courteous and professional. The local guides are knowledgeable and fun, and enjoy interacting with students and answering questions. The food varies from good to excellent. The attractions are well-organized and thought out. However, the secret sauce is the Tour Directors - if you get a good one, you'll be requesting that person for every subsequent trip :). The TDs I've worked with were all incredibly knowledgeable, hard-working and well-organized, easy to work with to accomodate specific student needs (diet, injuries/disabilities, etc), and actually seem to enjoy working with my students. They were also more than willing to help work with my group to see little things that weren't part of the "official" trip tinerary. 5-Star experience; this is why I choose to work with EF over and over again.
